The location is good, built along the lake, the restaurant has a view but the service is a bit slack, the room is also a bit fancy, not like the quality of a star hotel

Very disappointed by the quality of service in the hotel’s restaurant. We sit for almost 10 min before any of the waiters brings us the menu. Then after we order they take way too much time to prepare the food!! And who serves desserts before the main course? Yeah they did that. Rooms are very nice though with kitchenettes. The pool is nice. Outside playing ground is poorly maintained and didn’t feel it was safe for my kids. All in all next time I am probably not staying in this hotel.

WORST EXPERIENCE we booked 2 rooms in this hotel from 24 till 29 april based its by WYNDHAM when we first arrived i booked a queen sea view room and its the most expensive room there they got me a twin beds one with no balcony and i already chose one that must match the photos atleast i told them the problem they solved after and said its a system glitch right after they changed my room i had door technical issues for all my stay and called them and fix it everytime my door wont open they didint clean my room for the first 2 days and spiders all over in the hotel and on the third day were going on a trip and my girl grabbed a bottle of water for our long trip in the morning that was in the hotel fridge and she drank from it and it was soap in a water bottle i lost my money on the trip because she was vomitting and we came back to the hospital i asked for a refund they got me 2 nights for one room and i had 2 those 2nights refund dont cover the price of thetickets trip i had to cancel because of this

It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel! First, they gave us the wrong room and we had to wait till midnight until our correct room was ready to get in. After that our room was not cleaned for 2 days straight, so we had no toilet paper or towels and we had to call the reception in the middle of the night. To top it all off, during our third day i grabbed one of the bottles of water that was in the room left by the cleaning ladies and, to my shock, it was SHAMPOO! I drank shampoo and I had to go to the hospital. My stomach was hurting, I was vomiting and my head was aching. We lost the money for the trip we had booked that day that we were not able to go anymore. The only bright part about this was the receptionist, a blonde lady, that came to my room and apologized for what happened. Worst experience ever! I don't recommend wasting your money here!

Excellent situation, staff is so friendly, everything is clean, REstaurant is amazing with stunning view of Tbilisi Sea. I love love this place, everyone is shiny and smiley places. i have been staying alsmost 2 weeks, there is everything for long stayers
