The service at the restaurant was excellent, very helpful friendly staff. The service at check in/out was ok. Room was good but I could hear the people in the room next door talking and a baby crying, so noise wise could have been better.

Everything was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem is casting mobile phone apps to the TV was extremely difficult. Hence, I gave up and just used the the YouTube button of the remote control to watch live ABC News.

A story happened, during which I would like to thank Ctrip. Due to personal health reasons, I could not move my neck due to continuous flights in Melbourne. I contacted Ctrip to communicate whether the hotel could provide a refund under special circumstances. I went to see a doctor. Ctrip staff tried their best to communicate twice but had no expected results. The hotel Tough attitude and no refunds. This feels unfriendly to the Chinese people. The hardware and location are both good.

Receiption staff not good. I request staff m feeling not well so please allow me check in little early but reception staff can’t understand my concern even the room is available but she didn’t give me a room so for me it is very bad experience at that hotel.
