Do not recommend this place. Stayed one night and ended up sleeping with bugs in the bed that bit me to the point I could not sleep. Owner saw the bites on my body and said I probably had food allergy. Went immediately to doctor and doctor said not a food allergy but most likely bed bug bites. Showed owner video of the bugs but he was dismissive and rude. Refused full refund.

We recently stayed a night at this motel while attending the annual Stewart Park Festival in Perth. We were very happy with our accommodations. The price was reasonable, and they did not hike their prices way up for the festival weekend like some of the other nearby motels did. The room was clean and spacious, with up to date decor. Even the provided coffee in the room was good. And the staff were very friendly.

We arrived later in the day, without a reservation, and had no problem getting a room with two queen beds. Rooms are the largest that I have stayed in and well maintained/cleaned/equipped. There is a small bar fridge, microwave, desk (& chair) with small coffee maker, arm chair, heater, A/C, and bathroom with immediate hot water. Beds were comfortable with several pillows to choose from. We stayed seven nights with any special requests immediately fulfilled. Checkout was quick and easy. Will definitely recommend to other family and friends.

Stopped in Perth last Friday en route to Ottawa from Niagara to check out some camping trailers on the following day. Saw the good reviews and decided to give this place a try. Was pleasantly surprised at how big the room was. We had a single queen bed with a sofa. Every surface was clean, including the sofa upholstery and TV remote (the kind with one continuous surface, easy to wipe clean). Even the rim under the counter of the undermount bathroom sink was spotless! Bath/shower enclosure was one-piece acrylic - again, easy to keep clean. You can never be too clean in this age of Covid. Since we had to leave after work on Friday, it was nearly 11pm when we finally pulled in. We called ahead around 9pm to tell them we will be late. He said no problem. He'll wait up for us. Check-in was a breeze. Everything was contact-less. By the way, the bed was firm but very comfy and the sheets were crisp. Can't say that for a lot of motels. Bonus: no smell whatsoever in the room when we first walked in. No bad smell or mustiness, but also no overwhelming air freshener smell either. That means there is nothing nasty to cover up, also a good sign. I just can't get over how large the room was. Although the motel was right on Hwy 7, we slept like babies and weren't bothered by any road/truck noise at all. The only thing we can't comment on was the air-conditioning because the night was cool enough that we didn't need to turn on the air-conditioner, which was at the back of the room tucked away in an alcove. All in all, it was a pleasant experience, and we have already booked it again for another night in August. One potential downside (for some travellers) is that no pets are allowed, which on the other hand, could be reassuring for people who have allergies.

À éviter Nous avons réserver une chambre pour 3 ( 2 adultes et un enfant de 12 ans) nous avons une chambre pour 2. Ils ont rien voulu savoir même avec la réservation qui mentionne que l on est 3. Imaginez dormir à 3 dans un seul lit. Ils ont dit vous avez réserver cette chambre et puis c’est tout. Donc il ne faut pas compter sur eux si on a des soucis. Ils sont là que pour l’argent car il ne regarde même pas les réservations faites , ce n’est pas professionnel. Question literie la matelas est vieux, super mou en gros un enfer. La propreté générale laisse à désirer. Les poussières pas faites partout et des cheveux dans la baignoire. 😞

Motel avec stationnement face à la chambre. Les chambres ont été rénové récemment avec bon gout et très propres. Elles disposent d'un mini-frigo et micro-onde. Ce motel dispose d'une belle piscine et très propre.
