Our room at Hotel Santa Paula was small but well-appointed. It had an inviting décor, with simple furnishings and functional amenities. The beds are firm, the pillows soft, and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The rooms have a writing table, a ceiling fan, a bureau for clothing, and a TV with cable. While we found our room adequete--in terms of size-- it was comfortable and functional. The hotel also houses the restaurant De totopo y Salsa, which serves delicious breakfast items that are sure to start your day off right. The hotel is located in a great location, just a short walk from many of Taxco's main attractions, such as the Plaza Borda, Parroquia de Santa Prisca , and the Mercado de Artesanias. The bus station is also within easy walking distance, for those using public transportation. Gustavo and the receptionist at the front desk were particularly helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, we had a great time at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

This boutique hotel was a wonderful surprise. We stayed here because the hotel we had booked was not up to our standards. Everyone on the staff at Santa Paula was friendly and accommodating. We asked to look at the available rooms and they were happy to show us and let us choose what rooms we wanted. We highly recommend Santa Paula. The food and service was excellent.

A litle cozy hotell in the middle of Taxco city. The hotell is new so everything is fresh and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff, and the food it out of this world, especially the lunch. We will be back

Felicitaciones a todo el personal del hotel y el restaurante, super atentos y amables, gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia maravillosa, sus instalaciones son limpias, hermosas y bien cuidadas, la habitación que nos asignaron tuvo el detalle que no contaba con mosquiteros y el ventilador no era suficiente para refrescarla, aún con ese detalle se duerme muy bien ya que es silencioso el lugar y la cama y almohadas son muy comodas, su alberca SI es climatizada, es pequeña pero cumple y la ubicación del hotel es fabulosa a 2 cuadras del centro. Si me gustaría comentar que el restaurante totopo y salsa tiene muy rico sazón los porciones son generosas y esos chilaquiles rellenos los recomiendo ampliamente son deliciosos. Regresaremos !!!

Malo. Sin aire acondicionado. No había mosquitero por lo que no se podía abrir la ventana -＞ moscos o ahogado de calor. Incómodo llegar. Imposible utilizar la caja de seguridad. Si lograba cerrarla era imposible abrirla. Todo muy chico.

Excelentes instalaciones, la ubicación es la mejor a 3 minutos caminando del zócalo. La terraza tiene muy bonita la vista y chilaquiles son deliciosos y el servicio en general de todo el personal es muy amable. Sin duda una gran opción para visitar Taxco.

Desde la entrada, un pequeño paraíso dentro del centro turístico de Taxco, México. La atención, excelente. Tienen una pequeña vitrina con joyería fina de donde amé unos aros (aretes) pero no pude comprar porque no tenían el precio y no pudieron ubicar al dueño en ese momento (ya nos íbamos), recomendación: tener lista de precios para sus empleados. El desayuno es aparte, pero es totalmente recomendable, la comida muy rica. Hotel 10/10

Hermoso y cálido hotel!! Super limpio, con hermosos detalles en cada rincón. El hotel cuenta con una pequeña piscina climatizada, ideal para relajarse 🥰. La atención de la señorita que se encuentra en la recepción en el turno de la tarde y el señor del mismo turno es excepcional, súper serviciales, amables y eficientes, siempre dispuestos a ayudar!! Lo recomiendo totalmente, un hotel acogedor y súper limpio, bien ubicado, con excelentes instalaciones, nosotros viajamos en familia y solo íbamos por una noche, pero realmente el hotel es tan encantador que decidimos que darnos una noche más! Lo recomiendo altamente y por supuesto que regresaríamos! Mi única sugerencia sería poner aire acondicionado para ser una verdadera joya, pero aún así lo recomiendo al 100! ¡Gracias por tan buen servicio, felicidades!

se encuentra a muy pocos pasos del centro, la relación precio calidad no es la mejor si el precio fuera un pco mas bajo estaría perfecto.la habitación tal como esta en las fotos, las áreas comunes esta en muy buenas condiciones.
