I stay with my wife, the staff is very friendly. Even hotel at 3rd floor but its has lift 😀 Just above the KFC, easy to find it. Room is superb clean & all new. LG TV with Netflix, Amozon Video all free. Easy to find food at this area, Bataras supermarket just beside the hotel. Me & my with love the stay, sure will stay again if visit Tawau in the future! 😊🌈

Good stay for 1 night. Location near supermarket and food shops. even have a nearby pasar malam on certain nights. room comes with aircond and ceiling fan, suitable for those who doesn't like it too cold.

everything was ok..stay there only 1 night..comfortable and spacious room..recommended to stay there.. but only parking problem during the day because there were shop lot around the hotel..

Everything was ok except for the drainage smell in the bathroom. Location is strategic with a variety shops and restos nearby bt may be quite jam during peak hr

The hotel staff were very supportive. After we arrive at night time, the staff took us to find an ATM to withdraw cash and even helped us upgrade and change rooms, which we really appreciated. The size of the loft room was larger than expected, making it spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 4 adults. However, it seems the hotel may be understaffed, as they weren’t able to thoroughly check the facilities in each room. The hotel is about a 30-minute drive to the airport and easy to reach by Grab.
