I've been staying at Ocean Pointe since the early 90's and have always enjoyed my stay. I suggest opting for the 2 bedroom model for the master bedroom view of the ocean. The one bedroom units have the bedroom next to the entry door and exterior walkway - the extra money will be rewarded with the view from your bedroom. The resort is convenient to some of the best restaurants in the Upper and Middle Keys as well as Robbie's Mariana and other tourist stops. Even when our destination was Key West we first stop for the night at Ocean Pointe so as to start fresh in the morning to continue our drive south at a relaxed pace. This trip was strictly for relaxation at the resort and it fit the bill perfectly.

The facilities are excellent, the only thing is that the bar and the restaurant are under repair and they did not inform us, but the treatment, the apartment, everything was very good

Wonderful view from the balcony to have coffee in the mornings & cocktails in the evenings. Recommend bringing your own coffee if you’re a big coffee drinker. Beds were comfortable & area was peaceful. Nice pool & poolside bar. Would recommend & stay again.

We were in for a surprise with this property. We did not expect such a great spot. We booked last minute for Mother’s Day and it was a great time. The pool closes late so that was a lot of fun.

Check in is not until 5pm and most of the facilities close at 6pm and they still charge you a $50 fee to use the facilities. At exactly what time are they expecting you to go to the pool? 8am? Also, check in is a few blocks away, not in the actual resort. The floor of the condo was also not clean, our feet were black after walking around for a few minutes. Would definitely not recommend and will not be returning.

Doing construction work every morning. Very loud. But in saying that we had a great time. The pool was wonderful, great music and really good food. The condo needed updating but view was wonderful. Bed was comfy.

The condo was spacious and beautiful! We loved seeing the sunrise over the ocean every morning from the dining room window. There were a few things that could have been cleaner, but nothing that was critical. The beach is not as easily accessible as website made it seem. It took us a bit to figure it where it was, how to get there and it was a lm bit of a lengthy walk. Definitely not walk out your door to a beach.
There's lots of restaurants, shopping and recreational activities to do very near. We would definitely stay here again if visiting The Keys!
