Best Western Plus Soave Hotel

Great sevice, spacious and clean rooms and excellent breakfast. It was my second time staying there and the excellence wasn't just a coincidence. You'll feel at home and the staff is on your service in case you might need them. It's situated in a small city, nearby you can find couple of great restaurants and it's quite near the main turistic destinations in the area like Verona and Venice. I reccomend it especially if you're travelling by car.

Excellent customer service, very comfortable family room (lovely beds) and a very good ethos of sustainability. Best for those by car, but also accessible from nearby rail station via an underpass.

Our stay was prompted by my wife having to go into hospital locally after falling ill while travelling from Venice to Switzerland. We needed somewhere for the rest of the family to stay, and the quad room at this hotel was perfect. Lovely comfortable beds, great breakfast and extremely helpful staff. We also recognised that this was a great base for exploring the local region, with easy access by rail and road to Padua, Vicenza, Verona and Venice, and also to nearby Soave for those with a car. The hotel and its staff really exceeded expectations in supporting us, organising transport to a local restaurant and helping with directions. While perhaps a better bet for those travelling by car, it is nonetheless also readily accessible from the nearby San Bonifacio train station via an underpass.

Nice hotel. Big rooms with nice decoration. Gentle staff, smiley, English speaking. Eco friendly approach. Breakfast with healthy choices for all tastes. Enough space to park very easy outside. Charges for electric cars

The hotel is very good! Clean and cozy. I would recommend improving the breakfast, apart from that everything was really perfect. It is close to a supermarket and with a car you can get anywhere. Thanks

When we discovered that the elevator did no go directly to the floor our room was on, we asked to be moved. We were told that we had booked the cheapest room in the hotel and if we wanted to move we had to pay about 30% more. When we booked,we were not told any of this, so I consider it a bait and switch. Also, the hotel is large, but seemed fairly empty. So they could easily have been more accommodating. The staff was unfriendly and made it feel like they were doing us a favor. The A/C went off in the middle of the night so the room was airless. The internet seemed to drop out frequently. The surrounding area is semi industrial, and very uninviting. Very nice staff and great facilities! Breakfast has large choice of local products and offers relaxing calm start of the day! I always like to visit this hotel when in the area. Highly recommended to visit.
