Il Bivacco è un ristorante molto interessante, ottimo menù tipico silano da provare assolutamente. Le varie volte che siamo stati presso questo locale siamo stati sempre accolti con garbo e attenzione da personale qualificato. Il menù proposto tiene conto della stagionalità, la pasta, i ravioli e gli gnocchi sono di produzione propria e i sugi di accompagnamento sono straordinari, tagliatelle con i funghi filejia con ragu di maiale gnocchi con zucca e salsiccia, tutti super buoni. Gli antipasti in parte sono di produzione Guerci, caseificio di elevata qualità del luogo. La carne cucinata con grande maestria, consiglio tagliata ai funghi . Che dire, noi siamo venuti negli anni più volte ma non abbiamo mai trovato una sbavatura sia nel servizio che nel menù offerto. Bravi ragazzi continuate così.

Pranzo rilassante e piacevole, L'oste e stato un vero padrone di casa, ci ha consigliato e fatto assaggiare tutti i piatti tradizionali della Sila, Un plauso allo Chef che ci ha deliziato, col la sua cucina, cosa rara! Visto che in zona fanno una cucina piatta, dozzinale, senza carattere e tradizione. Complimenti alla padrona di casa che ci ha messo a nostro agio e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni e informazioni sul posto!

Posto veramente confortevole e bello, situato in un luogo magico come la Sila, cena squisita, pulizia e servizi alberghieri impeccabili, proprietario e personale preparato e gentilissimo; esperienza super positiva. N.b. Viaggiavamo in bicicletta, riposta in locale apposito al chiuso per la notte, fantastico.

Personale cortese e disponibile, la struttura è datata ma pulita, in camera molto comodo il letto per materasso e cuscini mentre i canali televisivi inesistenti non se ne prendeva neanche uno. Capisco che può succedere un giorno ma poi pernottare più giorni e restare senza tv ai giorni nostri mi sembra assurdo anche perché non era la sola nostra camera in queste condizioni ma bensì tutta la struttura, in poche parole la tv era funzionante solo nella sala comune quindi il solo pernottamento a notte 80 euro mi sembra un po' eccessivo, peccato perché con un po' di accortezze ed una rivisitatina alla struttura...
