To start the holiday we were picked up on the TUI transfer which was hassle free and reliable. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by the most amazing staff. The entrance to the hotel was beautiful. We went to our room and the room was a really good size, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The balcony over looks the pool and the beach. This is the same for all the rooms. The pool area was regularly cleaned and there was more than enough sun beds to go around. All three of the bars served lovely cocktails and beers. The alcohol was all branded. The food was lovely, each night there was a different theme. The food is a buffet style. There is another restaurant called the culnarium which you can book once per visit and it is free. The food in there was lovely. The hotel is in a secluded area with only other hotels around. The hotel put on a shuttle bus to the nearest town. This is a wonderful hotel and the staff couldn’t do enough to make the experience amazing. I will definitely be returning!!!

We've been coming to the Suite Princess for twenty years now and honestly it just keeps getting better. The rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday. The food is very good and the staff can't do enough to help you. The entertainment has been really good and they've put on quite a few new acts, all very good. Thank you Tui Blue Suite Princess for a wonderful holiday, we will be back soon.

The hotel is lovely, food and drink is good and the hotel is very well looked after. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels and linen when needed. The suites are beautiful. This was my second visit. I came back because I had such a good experience. The only criticism I have of this trip would be about our initial welcome. The travel company booked us on an early flight, we arrived at 12, and check in is 3, were left sitting in reception, no on offered us even a drink of water or said we could leave our cases. It was distinctly unfriendly. Not a true reflection of the rest of the staff in the hotel who were wonderful, friendly, helpful and polite. It is an adult only hotel, the entertainment is okay, but it is a very charming restful place. The spa massage was great, and there is a good hairdresser on site.

Spent a week here end of April. 2nd time been here and I believe improvements have been made. The rooms are nice for the week, although I would say they need that little loving care given to them. Little things that you notice, shower takes a while to drain, door plate hanging off the bathroom door. Main issue though was the door onto the balcony. It was so hard to open and wouldn’t lock. Maintenance were brilliant and came out in about 15mins. Managed to “semi fix” but still was difficult to open and close. Food, as with all inclusive resorts/hotel's can be very much he same. Saying that there was a good choice and plenty of meals and snacks during the day. You could always find something to eat Entertainment team work so hard trying to get people to engage. Plenty to do if you want to. Main point at this hotel is the staff. Honestly they are all so good. Friendly, and very helpful - from restaurant, to bar staff, reception staff to animation guys - everyone made you feel welcome. Would definitely be back

Absolutely lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Food amazing, lots of choice for all dietary requirements, and pretty much available all day. Drinks also available but not quite as readily available as when we visited in 2023; we weren’t offered a bottle of wine at all in 7 days - last time every day at every meal time and we were all inc both times. This is more for older couples who don’t party until the midnight hour and beyond, although there is entertainment available until 11pm. If you just want a quiet relaxing place to stay with sun and plenty to eat this is the place. Our only slight gripe was it’s not made clear where beach towels should be changed (I suppose we could have asked but we’re lazy so had the same towels for a week!), and whilst the suite was truly lovely, modern with two balconies, the lack of plug sockets and no plug at all on one side of the bed was a bit strange and quite inconvenient. With a single sink only in the bathroom it would also be so helpful to have a desk at least in the main bedroom space for everyone to get ready of an evening. There isn’t any shortage of space - for us it was really difficult for me to get ready at the same time as my husband as there was only one area at a time available; that being the single sink. Solid 4 out of 5 is fair and reasonable. Ps - take a trip to Mogán harbour. Absolutely stunning. Loved our day there drinking Guinness and people watching. Gran Canaria is fab.

Lovely mini break at this hotel. Could not fault the service from the staff here. Could not do enough for you. Food was excellent spoilt for choice. Entertainment day and night was very good plenty of activities. Would recommend venturing out to visit the shops by the hotel and also the courtesy bus to Mogán to visit the neighbouring town. All in all a great holiday. Maybe only negative was too many sunbeds round the pool it was like a maze finding your sunbed but I am being picky.

First time at a Tui Blue but I had been to this resort before. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The entertainment and activities were spot on. Tried things we’ve never done before. Loved the silent disco. Food was lovely and so much choice. The themed evenings were a special touch. We stayed on the 8th floor and the views were amazing. The rooms are a fantastic size. A bit disappointed that we got an older room as the furnishings and bathrooms were out dated but I understand they are gradually updating them. Saying that they were clean and visited by the cleaners everyday. Some areas of the hotel were tired in places but the main areas had been modernised. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend and return.

We travelled as a family of five. My parents aged 86 and 87. I requested adjoining rooms which I'm pleased to say were allocated. We had 2 deluxe suites overlooking a quiet part of the resort. The views were spectacular. The third bed in our room was quite comfortable and we all slept well. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard. Thank you to the cleaning staff. All areas of the hotel were clean and amazed us with tge decoration and architecture. All the staff, throughout the hotel were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. In particular the restaurant staff. We were happy to have a window table at the back of the restaurant, having a wheelchair and mobility walker to park out of the way. This was reserved for most of our stay. Thank you Danny for organising this. We were well looked after throughout our stay. The food was generally good. Breakfast was my favourite meal with so much choice. Evening meals were also providing so much choice. There was something for all preferences. However, my father loves fish but sometimes found it a little dry. Lunchtime meals were fine. Again, the restaurant staff looked after our needs. Drinks at the hotel were good. The lager was good. As most of our party were wine drinkers, sometimes we worry about the quality on offer at an All Inclusive hotel. Wine at the Suite Princess was of good quality. Gin was either Gordon's or Bombay Saffire. Soft drinks were also fine. It was great to have water bottles available to be refilled. A brilliant idea. Evening entertainment tribute acts and others were great. The piano bar with live music proved to be a favourite with my parents. Great evenings! Fellow guests were friendly and helpful. We met some lovely people who helped make our holiday memorable. We all thoroughly enjoyed our week away in the sun. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you Tui Blu Suite Princess.

This was our second visit to this hotel this year and we intend to return again! The rooms are spacious and well appointed - lovely bathrooms and comfy bed. We love the sea view and the sound of the waves under our window! A lovely sunset each night too! Staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you. The food is excellent - loads of choice and of a high quality! Just a great place for an adults only holiday! 😊

Having looked at this hotel a few times we decided to visit for some sun ! We emailed ahead requesting a higher floor and was not disappointed with the 3rd floor , deluxe junior suite. Tea and coffee replenished daily and the two water bottles to refill at any time were great! The suite had loads of room and lots of storage space. Hotel Housekeeping kept all immaculate. After a few days we took breakfast at the later time in the taste restaurant , slightly less choice, but plenty there, a lot more peaceful and relaxed outside atmosphere. Poolside, the beds were close together, but no need to go down early ! If you did and left your bed before 10 am ..towels got removed..and rightly so as there's plenty to choose from any time of day . The note on the bed explained it all ... Lunch times could be busy .. the taste restaurant is open from 12.30 - 3pm ..a few mins wait is no biggie ... you're on holiday after all !! Most we waited was 5 minutes..The waiters get tables cleared and allocated quickly. An A la Carte meal in the Culanarium was truly delicious .. totally relaxed and not rushed . The evening meal , we preferred to sit just as you go in the dining room , was a bit brighter and quieter .. further over felt a lot busier and darker .. and the waiters seemed to be forever rushing ! The food was a good selection from seafood, salads , pasta and meats .. though not hot ( in 30 plus years going abroad we've yet to find a place that has served hot like home!) .. there's something for everyone . The entertainment was good with various acts singers etc , and the piano bar made it for more easy listening. The silent discos were great.. do give a go !! . The hotel, rooms and surrounding areas were immaculately clean. For booking a week before hand ..we'll definitely be back !

I’ve given a 5 Star rating based on our holiday as a whole. The hotel staff were all hard working and friendly and the accommodation was very spacious with lots of storage. Every suite has a sea view and a balcony with sun beds and a table and chairs. The hotel is an amazing feat of building work as it is built into the cliff and so unusual in its layout. The pool area is lovely and the views from the Sunset bar are breathtaking. We ate in the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the Taste restaurant for lunch and snacks. We also had a meal in the Culinarium which you need to book where you are served a three course meal from a menu of three or four choices. Evening entertainment was either in the Evening bar with live acts or in the Piano bar with a musician and singer. Both were good. We took part in lots of the activities on offer - sports, walks, fitness and more - and we had such fun - thanks go to Alex, Victor and Celine of the Tui Blue entertainment and Bluefit teams. The Tui Blue concept is one we enjoy. The atmosphere in the hotel was so relaxed and the guests felt happy to mix and socialise. The seating around the poolside helps with this. Another good thing was the courtesy bus to Puerto de Mogan which left at 9.30am every morning and returned from Mogan at 12. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future

This was our 5th visit in last 4 years. It's not really for young people. Average age must be 60 but that suits us. There have been improvements since 2023. The best idea has been no sunbeds reservations before 10am. If you put your towels out early they are removed and you are charged €2 each to get them back. The deluxe suites are excellent. All rooms have great views. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful. NO CHILDREN! LOVELY!. food has improved recently. Waiters are lovely. Drinks are plenty and varied. The new sunset bar is a great place to chill out. Entertainment is vaied and usually good. Tip: get a private transfer. Not cheap but saves you a lot of time. We will be back.

We are just back from another amazing stay! We have been holidaying in this hotel every January for many years now and have never been disappointed. Yes, things change slightly over time but the essence of the hotel remains as wonderful as ever. The Team are welcoming, friendly and extremely hard working. The rooms are spacious and clean….and the views and sunsets are to die for. The food is excellent….well presented and plentiful with loads of choice. A huge thank you to entire the Suite PrincessTeam, we most definitely hope to be returning next year.

Just over halfway through week here and unfortunately looking forward to going home! We booked this last minute and chose it based on the good reviews and the pictures of both the room and the facilities which make it look almost luxurious, unfortunately, we now know that these are obviously very "artistic" in nature and don't really give a true picture. Before I say anything critical, I fully appreciate that anyone's review is subjective and its obvious that a lot of people love the place for what it is, I am merely putting some points down to make sure other people don't fall into the same trap we did and get ****** in by the good reviews and the management pictures and descriptions and get the chance to make a more informed decision. The pictures of the rooms are slightly deceiving, although it is clear some money has been spent in the bedroom and living areas, you should note the below points: - Avoid at all costs any rooms on the second floor facing the pool area around the evening entertainment area, if you fancy a quiet evening and aren't interested in spending every evening watching and listening to the entertainment - these rooms will not be for you! The music either blares straight through your patio windows or reverberates straight through your floor! - The bathrooms have not had anything spent on them other than some slap dash painting and re-grouting, they are dated, tired and feel slightly grubby - I do realise you don't spend all day or night in there, but a 4* Hotel standard this is definitely not. - The towels are provided in the bathroom are a bit of a joke, obviously very cheap when they were bought a very long time ago and are discoloured and grey - again - no way a 4* standard! - The pictures of the pool area don't do justice for how close the Sunbeds are pushed together to get as many as possible in the area, if you like any form of private conversation or space, it simply isn't going to happen, they are squeezed in like sardines in a tin! - The food can only be described as fuel, its nothing more than cheap and repetitive, I thought that they would at least attempt to do some more local dishes, however, this isn't the case, but if you fancy Burgers. Hotdogs, French fries and Pizza every lunch time your in for a treat! There are Salads etc to choose from, however, you need to wade through the brown lettuce and soggy tomatoes to get a plate full! Taurito (where the hotel is) itself is small other than the hotels, a couple of small tourist shops, restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the road between Taurito and Puerto De Mogan which is the nearest big town, has been closed for about 7 years, therefore if you want to travel the 5kms to Mogan for the evening - it will cost you 25 Euro's each way! This is due to the distance you have to travel back down the main road to do a U-Turn and head back in the right direction, therefore, once here your slightly trapped unless your happy to pay for expensive taxi rides. Loved everything food beach location only thing I miss is mattresses for sunbeds even 4 star in 5 star adults only . My back was shot . Very hot too . Got a little busy at lunchtime and not very organised waited a while for drinks . Breakfast kept getting told off by one waiter if we sat at a table for 4 although it was for space really I don’t like being elbow to elbow with others when eating but that’s just nit picking on personal preference
