We Travelled with our 96yr old Mother & we were given a very roomy unit with a disability shower & chair which was really appreciated.
The beds were comfortable with beautiful crisp white sheets.
There was everything that you could have wanted & will definitely be making it our go to Motel as we travel to Tauranga often to visit family.

The location is handy, and there are plenty parking on site. The room was clean and tidy, bathroom was spacious. And it was quiet, so we had a good sleep. The staff at the office was friendly. Overall, I enjoyed our stay and it’s great value for money. Even though there was no air-conditioning, the fan did the job. I would recommend this place.

Your own Separate 2-bedroom flat, RIGHT lower main house. Completely shut off, private & quiet. Main with Queen bed, Second with single. New smart, google TV. Full kitchen, new air fryer. Older but good shower. Close to all the Bay has to offer. Large private grounds up a tree lined drive. Superb pool and cabana, grapefruit behind, help yourself. Free Wi-Fi and safe parking directly outside your table & 2 chairs. Fernland hot pools 1.8km. Walk to shops & supermarket. 7 mins to City, 19 mins to the Mount and its beaches. Sauna at extra charge. Park like grounds at the rear. Free ranging chickens love leftovers, help yourself to the fruit trees., I clean the pool for summer, in winter suggest the nearby hot pools. Travel Proud friendly. Everything about the room was good, clean, nicely furnished, warm and well lit.
The only negative, if any was there was no compedium or information about the area. No information on nearby restaurants or things to do in the area.

This is a very pleasant surprise hotel. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in during my trip to several cities in New Zealand. It has a well-designed design, comfortable, wide and thick beds, complete and high-quality toiletries, and a small bar with coffee and coffee utensils prepared in different ways. Every day when I return to the hotel, the fragrance is refreshing and very healing. I will come again! The owner seems to be shy and I met him several times when I went in and out. Very satisfied

The highest hotel in the area, right on the beach, is the bustling section of the town center, behind the parking lot, the charge is 10 knives a day. The hotel is very clean, but there is no room with a kitchen, cooking is not convenient

The motel is by the sea, the environment is great! The indoor decoration and sanitation are very good! The only thing that is not good is that there are windows on three sides of the second floor, and I was woken up by the light early in the morning. Alas, it's my own problem. Overall, it's very warm!
