"The highest hotel in the area, right on the beach, is the bustling section of the town center, behind the parking lot, the charge is 10 knives a day. The hotel is very clean, but there is no room with a kitchen, cooking is not convenient"

"This is a really well equipped room and we were very happy with our stay. The room is large and well lit. Comfy big beds and the air-con works well as it gets very warm in the room with the afternoon sun streaming in. We enjoyed the very vocal welcoming cat in reception too! The location is very close to everything you need during your stay.
Would love to have a sealed bottle of milk rather than the pre filled bottle, and there were toenail clippings all over the carpet by my side of the bed and the light bulbs were coated in dust; these were small issues but didn’t detract from what is a great place to stay. A little attention to detail and this place is close to 10/10."

MmouseThe motel is by the sea, the environment is great! The indoor decoration and sanitation are very good! The only thing that is not good is that there are windows on three sides of the second floor, and I was woken up by the light early in the morning. Alas, it's my own problem. Overall, it's very warm!

HhazeThis is a very pleasant surprise hotel. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in during my trip to several cities in New Zealand. It has a well-designed design, comfortable, wide and thick beds, complete and high-quality toiletries, and a small bar with coffee and coffee utensils prepared in different ways. Every day when I return to the hotel, the fragrance is refreshing and very healing. I will come again! The owner seems to be shy and I met him several times when I went in and out. Very satisfied

GGuest UserThe accommodation was spacious, recently renovated with gorgeous decor and a beautiful place to stay across from the beach and right under the mountain.
Checkin was simple and staff were very friendly and helpful.
We would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserBeautiful clean tidy room. Service was excellent. Very efficient and friendly. The room was quiet and peaceful and had everything we could ever need. Loved that there was a spa bath in the room. The way everything was laid out and the excellent quality linen made it feel nice and luxury. The owners and staff have put a lot of time into makung the room and Motor Inn grounds look special and relaxing. It would be nice if the room had a bit more natural lighting eg one or two more skylights but there was plenty of good artificial lighting so the amount of light in the room was not a problem. Thank You For a Beautiful stay. This will be our number 1 choice whenever we come to Tauranga.

Bbusy teachinThe place was unexpectedly nice. Room was clean and there were some nice touches - a wee bottle of full cream milk with a nice creamy top, a bottle of water chilling in the fridge. Check in was effortless. The shower was a little weak but overall I'm really glad I stayed here. New world supermarket across the road and a world class steak restaurant around the corner

We Travelled with our 96yr old Mother & we were given a very roomy unit with a disability shower & chair which was really appreciated.
The beds were comfortable with beautiful crisp white sheets.
There was everything that you could have wanted & will definitely be making it our go to Motel as we travel to Tauranga often to visit family.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent to the mount for great walks and biking. The apartment was a good size. Great to have secure parking in the underground garage.
From there it went down hill…The service, presentation of reception, apartment, lobby etc messy, certainly no detail on cleanness inside the apartment and on the balcony. The bed linen smelt of body oder and no detail to presentation. There was soap missing in the bathroom.
We would only stay again if the price was right.
