Lovely and peaceful place, should upgrade for the harbour view

Fine, but dated. Not as nice as the photos suggest.

Very noise room, upstairs water pipes or something 

편리한 위치 그리고 수영장과 짐 이용할수있어서 좋았습니다. 직원분들이 모두 친절해서 행복하게 머물수있었습니다.

It was nice to have a convenient location and access to the swimming pool and gym. All the staff were friendly, so I was able to stay happily.

碼頭邊，臨海一線，高架橋下，有點吵。設施有點簡陋，早餐一般般

It's a bit noisy at the pier, along the seafront, and under the viaduct. The facilities are a bit basic and the breakfast is so-so

We had a lovely stay. It was my fiancé bd , they’ve put a lovely note for him which was so sweet. Nice room and lovely view 😍 and food was amazing in their restaurant too. 

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were amazing. Room was lovely. Would def stay again 

Great view. Noisy patrons at night time, several times. Mini bars should be stocked rather than being empty on arrival. 

One of the best hotels in Tauranga though they should replace the single use plastic (toiletries and water bottles) with refillable bottles.

The room was adequate. It was difficult to adjust the room temperature  (either too hot or too cold) It was basically clean but we found a spider in our sheets. That was a bit of a concern. We are pretty easy going with accommodation but we weren't overly impressed with our stay at the Trinity .

Just as amazing as the pictures. The breakfast was spectacular I only wish we would of been able to stay longer

Second stay at Trinity Wharf, very good value for money, handy to everything and very comfortable.  Will stay again when in Tauranga.

Lovely room just next time will book one with water views.

[Location] The location of the hotel is north of the city of Tauranga, but it is not far away, which is about 800m.

[Service] The service is okay, because I arrived early, I ordered coffee in the lobby and waited for a while. After that, the front desk got the room card to find you and said the room was Ready.

[Health] Overall good

[Facilities] The hotel does not have sound insulation at all. The super noisy facilities are too old, but it does not break. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes and slippers. It only provides shampoo conditioner and soap. If necessary, you can ask at the front desk. (I bring my own toiletries and slippers) The air conditioner has a serious noise. The position of the plug is not provided on the bed. It is too inconvenient to go to the charging bathroom under the TV. The design of the washstand in the bathroom is particularly shallow and old-fashioned. Trouble hotel free parking underground and outdoor but underground needs to find unreserved parking spaces or it will be towed away


After the follow-up check-out complained, the hotel sent two breakfasts, but the breakfast type was too small ... you know, but after all, do n’t want the money.

Hotel location is convenient, the environment is good, the bed is too soft, my waist is not good, I can only hit the floor, I ordered a baby cot for the baby, I spent 12 New Zealand dollars, but it is too short, almost stick to the ground, the baby does not sleep at all.

There are more parking spaces in the hotel, and the twin bed is 1.5 meters wide. It is no problem for the child to live with the adult.
