The room is overall clean, tidy and comfortable. The Indian landlord is very enthusiastic and has a strong sense of service. New Zealand hotels do not provide toothbrushing and toiletries or slippers, so the landlord lent us slippers. I was very enthusiastic when asking for directions. The lady boss made delicious homemade cookies. She also recommended a breakfast coffee shop in the city where I could get a 10% discount.

The one-bedroom and one-living room is more soundproofed. It's great to have a direct view of the lake from the living room. Parking is also convenient. Dining is not far away. It's great. The service is very friendly.

The location is excellent. I stayed in this hotel before the epidemic. I stayed in a three-bedroom apartment on the first floor that time. It was very good. This time we only booked a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor. The facilities and equipment are a bit old, but the bedding and towels are all new and high-quality. There are pots, bowls, induction cookers, etc., hot water in the spa bath and other facilities are very convenient. Downstairs There are washing machines and dryers available, please note that they are available from 8am to 8pm. There is also a BBQ for guests to use, and it is very convenient to check in and out. The cleaning staff are very friendly, but the front desk staff are not too enthusiastic. The overall experience is not bad. I will stay here again next time I come to Taupo. The landlady is very friendly. The room we booked also has a natural hot spring. However, we are traveling like special forces and have no time to enjoy it. If you are looking for a full kitchen suite, there should be better ones. The location is good. Unfortunately as a family vacation we have big luggage. Was assigned the second floor for a one bedroom unit. Sheltered carpark is available.

Good location, very good rooms but the sofas and some quilts need to be changed as they were dirty and old. Something needs to be done to the noise as we could hear other guests of the other rooms. The manager, I believe he is Chinese , was very polite, helpful and kind.

The boss was very enthusiastic and even helped drive me to the station. The room is warm and clean. It looks much better than in the photos. It has complete facilities and even a kitchen. If I have to say a disadvantage, the sound insulation is not very good and the noise of cars on the road is a bit loud at night.

The hotel is a historic resort with a beautiful and natural environment, hot springs, Victorian architectural style, and well-arranged villas and buildings. There are also entertainment and leisure facilities for children. There were no twin rooms when we checked in, so the front desk upgraded us to a family villa and added an electric heater. The service was very thoughtful and meticulous, the room was clean and warm, the bedding was comfortable, and it was a very good stay. I recommend everyone to stay there.
