The house is clean, the surroundings are quiet, and it is very close to the lake. You can walk around. It is very convenient to eat and there are many choices. However, the parking spaces are not fixed. If you come back late, you have to park farther away from the room. Overall, it's okay. Motels in New Zealand don't have much service. They're basically self-service.
