Very clean and has everything you need. Even has heater in the toilet and the bathtub comes with jacuzzi. Convenient parking on site. Has a balcony. Check in and check out was very quick. Location wise needs 10 min drive to town for food and 5 min drive to the lake! Can walk if you’re adventurous and weather permits. Would come back again!

A quiet hotel in a busy area, a quick drive from the center of Taupo, and a supermarket nearby. The front desk is on the first floor. The keys are given and it is quite traditional. The room is quite large and has a small balcony. It is very comfortable to walk around at night.

The location is excellent. I stayed in this hotel before the epidemic. I stayed in a three-bedroom apartment on the first floor that time. It was very good. This time we only booked a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor. The facilities and equipment are a bit old, but the bedding and towels are all new and high-quality. There are pots, bowls, induction cookers, etc., hot water in the spa bath and other facilities are very convenient. Downstairs There are washing machines and dryers available, please note that they are available from 8am to 8pm. There is also a BBQ for guests to use, and it is very convenient to check in and out. The cleaning staff are very friendly, but the front desk staff are not too enthusiastic. The overall experience is not bad. I will stay here again next time I come to Taupo. Ctrip has an advantage in price👍

The hotel rooms are large, with balconies and basic kitchen facilities for simple meals. The two large beds are very comfortable, and there is a bathtub in the bathroom, which is highly recommended.

There is a welcome drink of milk and free parking. Although you have to move a flight of stairs, the room is very spacious and has a terrace, and there is a heater in the bathroom

We have stayed here a couple of times for 1 night when passing through Taupo. This time we stayed 4 nights. It’s a good location for us with plenty of parking. It’s quiet and was clean with everything we needed. Would stay here again and we recommend this motel.

Tired with rip in carpet, not very clean. Only one knife and fork for two people. Cup was chipped. Very noisy cleaning people from early until they had finished Calling across to each other all the time. Back stairs were in need of paint and repair. Would not stay be staying again.

The rooms are past their best, bins not emptied from previous guest and a truly gross stain on my bed footer. Having said that, it was mostly OK for a 1 night stay

Great place to stay. We were only here for one night but the spa bath was just what we needed after a hard days work and travel, and it fit the two of us easy, no squishing which was great.

Great motel, comfy Bed, great shower and towels, close to restaurants what more do you need.

This is a lovely quiet motel which I have stayed at a couple of times. I gave a score just below 10/10 as there was a couple of constructive comments to make. I opted to pay at the motel but payment had already been taken when I got there. It wasn't a problem but could be for others if this is usually done. Secondly the shower curtain in the bathroom ( disabled bathroom , but not requested) could do with either being replaced or put in bleach. The pink staining at the bottom isn't very nice. It's not visible when the curtains are drawn so perhaps cleaners missed it. I will happily stay here again in the future and recommend to anyone.

Pricing a bit high had the basics no veiw good for a bed had to stay somewhere manager had attitude handy little shop over road
