What a lovely place! Quaint, friendly, quiet, absolute gem. Rooms nice size, tidy and clean. Owners lovely and friendly. Breakfast perfect! Piping hot, lovely quality and plenty of choice! Pot of tea was also lovely and hot! Would definitely recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay.♥️

We were able to arrive before the advertised check-in, which we were very grateful for. The house is very tired throughout - from the carpets to the pillows to the bathrooms. Needs refurbishing throughout. However, the WiFi was great. The lady was unpleasent, rude, and seemed to dislike her guests. Her husband was more of a gentleman. Breakfast was efficient, and the homemade marmalade was a nice touch. I can't believe how good its reviews are - ignore them!

I knew we were staying in an old farmhouse, but hadn't realised how built up it was approaching the property. However, once inside the grounds, it was like a little haven. An utterly charming old building, beams, nooks and crannies, old chimney breasts peeping out and very friendly hosts. Karen and Chris made everything so easy and their breakfasts were brilliant. We had the Orchard Room, and it felt like our own apartment with the lobby area. Quiet and peaceful, lovely beds, tea and coffee facilities, free and safe parking. Perfect for our short stay.

This is one of the best BnB's we've ever stayed at. We were in the Chestnut room which was superb. Spacious, quiet, great amenities. Chris and Karen were wonderful hosts, always helpful and very responsive. A delicious freshly prepared breakfast each morning made a perfect start to the day. The large property is very well manicured and has a sitting area to enjoy a chat and drink.

Brilliant place to stay. Booked for 1 night as convenient for visiting family and a social activity. We also wanted to book late June but we’re told they are fully booked. The bed was extremely comfy. Woke up on time for late breakfast, which was delicious, home made marmalade and scrambled eggs the way I like them. We liked the little touches such as night light. As it’s still cool in the evenings we were glad of an extra burst of heat from the very efficient radiator. Having what3words to identify building was very useful.

A comfortable and pleasant stay in the company of courteous, capable and attentive hosts. Well located for accessing Taunton and the many surrounding places of interest. The farmhouse is full of period character and offers off road parking and a large garden.

Amazing find., lovely Farmhouse nice grounds Hosts where really welcoming and helpful the room was spacious, comfortable beds really had a good nights sleep all three of us. Breakfast was plentiful and lots to choose from couldn't of asked for more. I would definitely stay here again in fact we didn't want o leave.,

Fantastic room: the Tudor Room! Lovely space, great beds. Marvelous bathroom and shower! Gorgeous garden. Wonderful host couple Karen and Chris and all selections of breakfast I could think of in a UK BnB! We will come back next time I visit Taunton!
