Native Sea Amami

I made the reservation more than two months ago and was looking forward to going with my wife, who is working away from home, but the night before we left, she had a fever. Then, on the morning of the day, her fever did not go down, but rather went up, so we reluctantly gave up on the departure. When I was examined at the hospital in the morning, I was diagnosed with influenza positive and was told to stay at home for five days. In response to this situation, I called the hotel twice, once early in the morning and once immediately after the diagnosis, but they said, "Since it is a cancellation on the day, the cancellation fee will be 100%. Please cancel the cancellation procedure yourself." If you contract influenza, for example, airlines do not charge a cancellation fee if you submit a medical certificate, but this hotel does not take this into consideration, so I will share it with you. We will go to Amami Oshima again, but not to this hotel. After all, I have a strong resistance to paying 100% of the accommodation fee due to the circumstances of this time, even though I did not receive any service. It is a shame because the staff who dealt with us on the phone were polite. Hotels are a service industry, and I believe they exist to make customers happy, so I hope that they will not only prioritize the convenience of the hotel, but also take into consideration the convenience of customers who would like to go but cannot.

The stargazing session was fun. The guide answered all of our various questions accurately, making it a very worthwhile experience. It was a service not available at other hotels. The food in the restaurant was also very filling and tasty. They seem to be particularly good at Italian food, which was delicious...

I stayed here for one night during my trip to Amami! The room was very clean and stylish, and the smartphone charging facilities were perfect and easy to use. The location from the room was also great! I had dinner at the restaurant attached to the hotel, which was delicious. (Ise lobster pasta, local fish stewed in wine) The stargazing event that started at 9pm was also very satisfying, as I was able to listen to many stories about the stars while looking at the Amami sky! In the morning, I took a walk on the beach below the hotel and watched the sunrise.

A simple resort near Kurazaki Beach. The food is delicious. Snorkeling in the bay on the south side of the cape was great. Snorkeling equipment can be rented for an additional fee. It's not luxurious, but it's comfortable. We couldn't make a reservation for the dinner course on the first day because reservations were only accepted until 2pm on the day, but we were able to order a la carte, which was helpful.

We were able to enjoy the hotel even without a car as they provided a shuttle to the airport. The restaurant had a wide variety of menu items, which was nice. There was also a wide selection of alcoholic drinks.

At the tip of a small cape and surrounded by beautiful sea, it is a wonderful location. I wonder if it's a little bigger? I thought, but it seems that there are 14 rooms. It doesn't have the luxury of a resort villa, but the staff were all cheerful and kind, and it was a very good memory. My wife was thrilled to have a dessert to celebrate Kishou at dinner! We also challenged ourselves to compare the tastes of shochu. For dinner, I chose western food. It was delicious, but we left it because it was too much for us old people. I'm sorry I made it. The chicken rice for lunch seems to be delicious, so I definitely want to visit again next time.

The room is a maisonette type and has 4 beds, so it is recommended for families to stay. You can just hear the sounds next door. It's okay if you don't mind the sound of your child running around. The food was delicious and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly, so I was able to eat comfortably! Also, I used a wheelchair, but it was a little inconvenient with a wheelchair, so that was the only minus. But I can walk with a cane, so I would like to stay again.

The food was delicious and the view was great. I wish the room was a little bigger.

One of my goals this time was to stay at Native Sea to see sea turtles. The hotel staff and tour guides were all kind and I was able to enjoy Amami. Next time, I would like to come during the hot season.
