We like this hotel...this was our 3th visit here.this hotel is very good,good possition - near ski area,perfect food/restaurant and great wellness. But during our last stay we were quite dissapointed - 1.cleaning services wasnt good (we had to ask them if they can put our trash away from our room after 2 days) and 2 issue we had with kids club - opening hours till 7:00 pm - I think it can be longer, They were finish with kids attraction 2 hours earlier than are closing time, and plugs in kids club are not safe - its quite danger. I hope they will change these things in the future because this place deserve it - because its beautiful place for winter holiday.😉

Modern hotel with a very good location and food. The city center was very close by. Car. At the reception there was a bar where we could have a drink before chec-in. After a long day, wellness was a great rest. The hotel had beautifully decorated rooms. We definitely recommend.

The guesthouse has its years, but defends itself on the whole line. The room was cleanly decorated, the bathroom was clean. I haven't seen a battery with two chickens in a long time, but what's really bothering you? Bed, towels of good quality. Huge plus for a kettle in the room. The breakfast was organized in the form of a buffet with a service. Ladies applied food quite efficiently, so the queues were endurable (I guess that this buffet organization is dictated by security measures in connection with COVID). The choice is quite large, although the quality leaves you wish. The steamers were not eaten, and the salads in the number of few were made from products from cans with a majonesium addition. However, in general it is fine. For this price and location two steps from Krupovek there is nothing to disgust.

I visited Hotel Nosalowy Park for my Birthday Weekend! It was one of the best experience. We got an upgrate for a view room. The staff was very nice and super helpful. Breakfast very good, all with local food. An amazing A'la Carte restaurant with good feeling dinner and lunches and best drinks and coctails. I got a Birthday Baloons delivered to the room and well decorated. I highly recommend this place.

During the night, the air conditioning in my room was insufficient, making it very difficult to sleep due to the heat. When I informed the reception about this issue, I was told that this is the hotel's policy, which was not mentioned on your website. This lack of cooling during the night significantly affected my comfort and overall experience at your hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights and this hotel offered everything we needed - nice room, great location (a 5 minute walk to train station one way and into town the other) and great buffet breakfast. Staff were always helpful and friendly and our room was cleaned every day. What really stood out about this hotel though was the restaurant. The quality of the food was absolutely superb and far better than a lot of the standard tourist menu offerings in Zakopane. I would stay here (and eat here) were I to return to Zakopane.
