Manager was helpful and speak English well. I was in TEI room and comfort . However there was some old wooden smell and hope that can try to put scent or aroma oil or air refresher to eliminate it . overall was good and I enjoyed it.

On the other side (west exit), which is closer to the sea, there were about six restaurants and izakayas. The beach is about a 10-minute walk from the station, up the stairs. When the weather is good, the sunset is beautiful and you can see Mt. Fuji. For breakfast, we had bread and coffee at the cafe on the second floor of the nearby Nakamura Bakery. I recommend this place for those who want to stay casually and cheaply with friends or family.

This is a 41-year-old hotel. It is run by a 77-year-old couple. It has 10 rooms. There are no waiters. Everything is done by yourself. The rooms are indeed old and the soundproofing materials are average, but you can experience the life of ordinary Japanese people. The atmosphere, because most Japanese people were born and raised in such houses. The hotel has a very beautiful garden and 2 small wooden houses. You can see when you open the curtains. It's really beautiful. Step out of the hotel’s door, it’s a piece of land. There are lush fields and a small flowing river beyond sight, and you can walk along the fields. There are only a few families in the village, which is very peaceful. The air is very clear. If it is sunny, you can see the sky full of stars at night. Yes, there is a restaurant, but there is no dinner. I don’t know if there is breakfast. If you are going by bus, there is also a pick-up service. You can call in advance to tell At the bus stop where I got off the bus, the boss will pick it up on time. I feel that the boss and his wife are very careful to treat each customer. Although the room is a bit old, I feel that it’s worth the trip.
