様々な種類の部屋が用意されているようですが、ベーシックな部屋に泊まりました。ロビーや食事処は空調を利かせているようですが、涼しいので各部屋にはクーラーは無くても天然のクーラーで十分でした。夏の間は30、40分の星空観察会が無料で開催されており、参加した時は雲が多少出ていたので満天の星空とはなりませんでしたが、うれしいサービスです。お風呂は広く、朝日を浴びてのて朝風呂を楽しんでいる人が多かったです。夕食は時間帯別の利用になっているけど、朝食はそういうのが無く込み合うので、時間帯別の利用カードを導入するなどの工夫があると、より良いと思いました。

3世代、ふた家族で利用しました。
部屋からは女神湖、蓼科山を眺めることができました。
フロントから部屋までの移動は少しわかりにくい作りでしたが、外の風景や壁の絵画を眺めたらとその時間がちょうどよくコミュニケーションのタイミングとなり旅の思い出が追加されました。
お食事は夕食は和食で、どれも美味しく食材も器も彩りよく綺麗な盛り付けで満足いく量でした。
地元の地酒や、フルーツジュースも豊富で楽しい時間となりました。
朝食のブッフェも程よい味付けで、食が進みました。蕎麦が美味しく家族はおかわりをしました。
小さいスペースですが、売店の揃えも十分でお土産もたくさん求めました。
お風呂も良いお湯でしたが混んでいる時期で、大浴場のゴミ箱などが溢れそうになっていたのが気になりました。
全体通して、満足いくサービスを受けられるホテルで充実した滞在期間宿でした。

ツインでしたが、ゆったりした間取りでミニキッチンもあり、お部屋の使い勝手はとても快適でした。 夕食-朝食ともバイキングでしたが、品数豊富で美味しく頂きました。 お風呂は若干消毒の匂いがしますが、露天風呂から見る紅葉は最高でした。 本館とアネックス棟があり、慣れるまでが大変ですが、お値段以上だと思います。

団体ツアーで宿泊しました。 部屋はベッドルーム以外にリビングルームもあったのでとても広かったです。 また客室には炊飯器、電磁調理器や食器などが完備されているので自炊もできます。 そのため長期滞在者向きのようです。 客室からの眺めは、ホテルそばにある女神湖も一望でき、天気が良ければ早朝に散策もできます。 大浴場に露天風呂も有り、施設は若干古いもの、快適に過ごすことができました。 ただ料理は、格安ツアーのせいかお刺身などは今一。 それとアルコールが高く、３００ｍｌの生ビールが９００円。 しかも料理が運ばれるかなり前にビールが届いたのでいざ飲むときは泡も消え、ぬるくなっていたのが残念です。 できれば料理と一緒に運んでほしいものです。 それと各棟のエレベータが１基しかないので団体客が到着した際は結構混み合います。

女神湖そばの県道40号沿いから入り白樺並木を通ると、噴水とクリスタルチャーチがあります。ホテルは標高1550ｍにあるので部屋にエアコンはありません。夕食・朝食はバイキングで品数豊富でおいしかったです。デザートもいろいろありました。地下1階に天然温泉女神湖展望露天風呂があります。
