I was booked Suite room as picture shown but when I checked in reception boy give me room they call suite. When I ask for change he says other suites are already check in. My room AC was not working properly and even after request change no one care.
If I were get my own booked room my this trip was perfect. But believe me at night I can’t sleep well because of AC voice with no cooling.
Overall breakfast was good. Location is good cleanness perfect but service not as good as needed.

Decent stay, but some things could be improved
The hotel was generally good, and I appreciated the friendly staff and really nice breakfast. There were plenty of tasty options to start the day.
However, the rooms felt quite old and could use some renovation. The air conditioner was working but not cool enough, especially during the hot weather.
Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if you’re not too picky, and the breakfast definitely made up for some of the downsides.

Place was okay. Amenities were basic, but the rooms had too much light entering to get a proper night's rest. Location is good if needing a place for the airport. Not bad, not great.

The hotel is lacking in all sorts of things.
I stayed in that hotel for 4 days. I had to ask three times for clean towels and if they would come and clean the room.
It is absolutely not safe to stay in that hotel..
The floor is broken on all sides.
And you can't control the temperature of water to take a normal shower.

Generally everything was good, all the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Abdulaziz. Although there were no fridge in the room, he kindly agreed to take our food and put it in the fridge

The intentions of this hotel’s staff are very good and they are very friendly. But the hotel for the rest is not a nice place to stay at all. The decorations the rooms, the layout the breakfast, none of it is pleasant. It might be our personal opinion and preference, but all of us shared this feeling.
