트윈룸으로 예약했는데 침대시트 때문에 침대를 움직일 수 없었어요. 하지만 방이 넓고 깨끗하고, 조식도 괜찮았어요! 주변에는 딱히 볼 게 없지만 얀덱스 타면 어디든 빨리 갈 수 있었어요.

Отель вполне приличный. Завтраки - голодным не останешься. При заселении произошла неприятная ситуация - у нас заранее был оплачен делюкс, однако же, нас на голубом глазу решили заселить в стандарт, прекрасно видев сумму в чеке за делюкс (как выяснилось позже, наш делюкс за 15 минут до нас предложили французам). Естественно, зайдя в номер и поняв, что нас обманули, мы вернулись на рецепшн и попросили предоставить оплаченный номер. Сотрудники стали выкручиваться, что-то говорить про сбой в системе, через которую мы бронировали и тд и тп… в итоге французов из номера попросили выселиться, а нас заселили. Думаю, ситуация была неприятна всем - и нам, и французам. Никаких извинений не последовало.

Великолепный отель, 5+ , Чистота, большие широкие корридоры , огромный, номер - студия , приветливый персонал . На ресепшене попросили продлить номер на 2 часа , тк вылет был в 5 вечера, нам продлили бесплатно и без проблем ! Очень вкусные завтраки , особенно самса 🤗 большой выбор еды , как для, взрослых , так и для детей,. Однозначно рекомендую !

空港から近くて良かったです。
洗面台が詰まっていて、水を使うと流れるのに時間がかかるのと、
他人の毛髪が落ちていて気持ち悪さはあった。
もう少ししっかり清掃しておいて欲しいと感じた。
ロビーなどは親切だし良かったと思います。

Персонал отзывчивый, быстро реагирует на все просьбы и пожелания. По-русски говорят практически все. Завтраки хорошие, горячие блюда меняются ежедневно. Небольшое пожелание- отрегулировать окна, слышен шум с улицы
