We stayed at this hotel with our team, and honestly, everything exceeded expectations. They picked us up from the airport for free, and even later helped us get a taxi to one of the sights, again, at no extra cost. The service was truly exceptional. Whatever we asked for, they found a way to help. Every day, they checked in on how we were doing, always offering fresh fruit, tea, and water, which was especially thoughtful given the hot Tashkent weather. The rooms were clean and cozy, with working air conditioning and all the essentials. We felt genuinely comfortable and well taken care of during our stay. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, and we didn’t hear a sound at night. But at the same time, there’s a park nearby, and you can even walk to Magic City.

Stayed here for four nights in total, when arriving and leaving Tashkent for our three week Uzbekistan trip. Each time they welcomed us with refreshments which was a nice touch. The staff were great, so helpful and courteous. The rooms were large and of a high standard. The same could be said of the breakfast! The location was convenient for amenities and visiting some tourist sites. No complaints and can recommend staying here.

Wonderful property with Amazing staff. Special shout out to Asad who will give you great ideas for site seeing and is always at hand to help. Metro station Oybek is 15 minutes walking distance. Yandex taxis are cheap too. Will get you wherever you want. Restaurants right next door and on the main road. Shop next to hotel and close by. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel was the greatest surprise during my trip to Uzbekistan. Very well organised, extremely helpful staff, full support from airport to hotel and back. Great price/quality relation. Good internet. All I needed for my trip! Highly recommended.

The Moderno Hotel is a little gem hotel near Tashkent's city center. What stroke me most is the fact that both service levels and maintanance levels are very high. I had stayed already two times at this property in 2021 and I remeber I had perceived the hotel overall as a real gem in the Tashlent hotel industry. Good to see that still, it remains on such a high standard. Full recommendation, again!
