"Great hotel, comfortable stay, excellent service throughout!"

the night we stayed is Saturday and nobody told us there will have a party on the 4th of this building. what a genius idea to open a Lounge Bar in a hotel? the fucking music was never stopped from 10pm to 2am and the whole building was literally shaking.What a bunch of selfish assholes？？！ if you want to choose this hotel, i advise you to make it sure. PS. I have no complaints about the reception.

This hotel is very nice. The lady at the front desk is very welcoming and helps with translation, which is great.

The breakfast is rich and delicious, with live music accompaniment. The price/performance ratio is very good. The room is large and comfortable. The hotel front desk can speak English. The hotel service is also very good. I am very satisfied....

Perfect location and foods are the best in the city. There is Bekriz who is manager on sales care everything in person with us. Also I am surprised they bring me specially for me Sisha which is one of the best in the town. If you compare the price and service index is over %95

Nice well appointed hotel in a quiet upmarket area. Service and food was excellent, especially liked their breakfast, so many choices. Bedroom is not especially big but adequate. Their rooftop restaurant and bar is very nice place to hang out especially when it's cool at night

Excellent hospitality, good food and clenliness. The food bar and drinks at the entrance exceeded my expectations as I booked into the hotel. The room was tidy and functional while the Wifi worked seemlessly. The reception very helpful with suggestions on restaurants, food and visits to places of interest. The breakfast has a good variety and even a barrister for the coffee. The location while not exactly the most central or within short walking distance from the major attractions is still rather convenient. There are nearby supermarkets and restaurants serving great food in the vicinity.

We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel and have been very impressed with the hospitality, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The location is excellent, within easy reach of many sightseeing destinations and not too far from the airport. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning in the room and the manager Bukhev upgraded us to a deluxe room immediately. The food in the restaurant is all freshly prepared and of a high quality. We'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tashkent.

I loved being here, thank you for all services that you dedicated. ( I needed help of emergency for my son's health issue who had fever. They called to the ambulance) Especially for free fruits and nuts. I mostly liked breakfastwith range of options. I highly recommend this hotel with reasonable price.

clean small rooms,very calm place,friendly good behavior , the breakfast wasn't vast , the restaurant of the hotel can't arrange the foods for the guests when they have much guests. staffs was all good with kindly behavior . the change my money and it was very good

The hotel set up a shuttle for me and my family of 8 from the airport to the hotel which made it easy for us with lots of luggage. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options. All the employees were helpful and nice. The hotel is close to the airport, only 5 minutes drive.
