I love this Hotel !!! Excellent services from the stuff and Spa facilities
A surprised from restaurant in the morning during our breakfast, one of the stuff brought a cake and sing Birthday song to my daughter
Nice gesture from Hotel Reception noticed it was my daughter birthday on that day

One of the best places staff was cool respectful and helpful they speak 6 languages so you won't have any problem specially the blonde lady she was helpful nice and all the staff are wonderful I like it.

Excellent new hotel at a more than reasonable price. The staff tries their best. Of the minuses: the location, as they say in Tashkent, in the mahalla, i.e. "sleeping area", and the constant sharp change in the temperature of the water in the shower.

It was designed to be a five-star hotel, and I was completely surprised! The breakfast was very rich, and the room was very comfortable, but the bed was a little soft. The English of the front desk staff was quite good, and there was no problem with basic communication. The location was convenient for taking a taxi to go anywhere. It was about 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes walk from the subway station. It is recommended to take a taxi directly, which is cheap and convenient.
