First of all, my room does not have an independent bathroom. I did not check carefully before booking to see if there is an independent bathroom. But if you do not have an independent bathroom, do you need to write it clearly in big letters?

I was assigned a different room type than when I made the reservation, but there was no apology, the entrance smelled of cigarettes, it was not clean, the staff had a terrible attitude, and I left without even being able to cancel my 2-night reservation. It's completely unreasonable

Overall the hotel is average. Old plumbing, so-so cleaning. No refrigerator in the rooms. And everything would be fine, but scammers and cheaters. We asked to cancel in booking, this made us wary. They explained this by the fact that booking does not allow us to offer more rooms for check-in, and there are empty rooms. They were very kind and even offered to change our room to a larger one, we refused. The cost of the order included taxes and fees. I asked about registration and they assured me that they do everything digitally and there is nothing to worry about. A few days later I asked again, they convincingly told me that they did everything ... at passport control at the airport they tell us that we do not have registration, i.e. it is, but only 2 days instead of 14. it was a long investigation lasting an hour, risk of missing the plane, a lot of nerves. calls to the hotel that ignored us. in the end we had to pay a fine. we were assured that the hotel would receive a large fine... i don't know... will it receive... shameless. I will never return to them again and I don't advise anyone to. may they be empty...

Отличный небольшой,бюджетный отель,отдыхали в мае 2025 года.Вкусные завтраки и очень удобные кровати.Санжар админ .вообще супер.В отеле много иностранцев .Доставка еды в любое время . Так же очень много кафе и уличной еды.В Ташкенте в аптеке можно купить антибиотик без рецепта,это тоже большой плюс для страны.Очень близко от аэропорта.Большое спасибо всему персоналу за теплый прием . Обязательно вернёмся в этот отель
