I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; the service is very poor, especially the night shift. We arrived there at night from the airport, and a woman was in charge of the after-hours check-in. She took photos of our passports on her phone. The team has some kind of Telegram group, and the photos are sent to the entire group, even our marriage certificates. They don't know how to create a visitor list on a computer, who's coming when, or they're not even familiar with computers at all.
There's no data protection. We booked a double room online, but got a small room for two people. No breakfast included. The room is dimly lit and was never aired. When I entered the room, I honestly had to vomit because of the smell from the room and the toilet. My husband opened the window immediately, thank God.
Guys, guys, I would never recommend this hostel. Find others with slightly higher prices, but please don't come here because of the price.

The location wasn't bad and the staff were very nice.
However, I had a hard time not knowing that I had made a reservation through Trip.com.
And we were taken aback by the sudden power outage, and action was taken quickly.
It was resolved quickly. I plan to use it again next time.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The hostel was clean and modern with good facilities. Highly recommend to any travellers staying in Tashkent!

My five friends and I booked five rooms to be told on arrival that only four were available. Two friends were forced to share a room. Not a great start. In addition we were promised exit slips on departure but none were forthcoming. Not a great end.

We booked 5 rooms but they only had 4. Echo from hard floors. He said one person over stayed. It’s no excuse. Hard bed. It’s a shame. The guy was nice but it’s not professional. Unless they improve I think avoid No offence intended with this review

A total flop, stay away. The hostel started on an ambitious note but never got a manager or competent staff. Now a total shambles with friendly, uniquely inept staff. Reception failed to provide an OVIR registration slip which is an issue when leaving Uzbekistan. A failed hostel in a failed country. What a dump.
