Although language is a barrier but with the help of body and sign language, most things could be overcome😛Although the same food is served every morning, but the service/ rate of replenishing is good! The front desk is very helpful in helping us to book taxis whenever we required! It’s always service with a smile🥰

We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. Although we didn't understand the language, the guy at the front desk was patient and caring. After that, I asked him to call a taxi several times, but he always responded to my request. Thank you very much🙏.

В целом, неплохой отель для кратковременного проживания - 4 ночи проживания оставили приятные впечатления. Локация отеля отличная - рядом автобусная остановка, пешком до метро не более 15 мин. Сотрудники очень вежливые и приветливые, старательно выполняют свои обязанности. Номер чистый, проводится ежедневная уборка. В номере есть всё необходимое: шкафы, чайные и кофейные принадлежности, телевизор, холодильник, гигиенические средства. Завтрак по ассортименту достаточный, но несколько скудноват по качеству подачи.
