We have a little mixed feelings about this experience. Location is few km away from town centre, but still within the town. Hotel doesn't offer breakfast and need to drive to town square for buffet. Communication with hotel was before our arrival was little but difficult. They didnt add my wechat and we only could communicate via ctrip - which led to a situation as bellow: We booked a room at discounted price for 168, and assumed it would be ok for our trio. I requested hotel to add my wechat few days in advance, and reminded once or twice. Eventually Ctrip called hotel for us and ask to add my wechat which they did - but didnt respond to my messages on wechat. It's only when we arrived we had a chance to discuss directly with hotel and unfortunately we learned that 3 people are not allowed to stay in the same room and we need to rent second room and the price is nearly 500. In my opinion up to 200 is a reasonable price for the room we stayed, but nearly 500 rmb we were required to pay for the additional room was far too expensive.

We had a fabulous time at this hotel in Tashkurgan! The room was spotless and we have a view of the snow capped mountains. Lovely sleep and it was equipped with everything we need. Also had dinner in the hotel, which was really good, with special tea on the house. There was also a whole box of dried fruits and a lovely note to welcome us in the room. The best part of the stay was the photography tour to Golden Grassland to see sunrise, which the guesthouse arranged for any guests who are interested with their lovely staff. Najia came with us and he taught us how to capture the perfect shot and helped us take many gorgeous photos too!! Also, I was caught in the rain in town and when I text the hotel for help, Qiaojie kindly drove over to pick me up!! Breakfast in the morning was a very good spread, and when the coffee machine ran out, the lovely receptionist Guli made me a special cup from the restaurant. There were also oxygen tubes available in the room for whomever that needed it (we didn’t at all). Overall it was a really really wonderful stay, the hotel is a short walk to the Main Street but I must say the 5 stars are for the super friendly helpful and warm staff and we would totally recommend this hotel to anyone coming through Tashkurgan!

The location is good. It takes about half an hour to drive to Panlong Ancient Road the next day. It is right on the main road of China-Pakistan Friendship Road. It is a two-story building with good room space and complete configuration. The main problem was that I found that the rental car had a flat tire when I came back from dinner. I asked for help from the guy named Bai at the front desk. He helped me change the spare tire so that I could go to the repair shop to change it. I really have to give a thumbs up 👍🏻

酒店整體及格。比較好的地方：電視很大。😂剛好中秋入住很適合看晚會。整體衞生一般。加濕器明顯很舊了，裏面不太衞生，由於實在是太乾燥，衹能自己加了水勉強用了。加氧的設備有在使用，看到有顯示會幫助模擬室內環境降低一點海拔。不過，因為我們是平原地區來的，衹能説稍微緩解，頭痛了一整晚勉強斷斷續續入睡。早飯就是最最基本的。在鎮子上應該算是環境可以的，其他也不能要求更多。

First of all, I wanted to take my elders to a hotel with aerobics, so I booked this one. The whole day was nice. Especially the breakfast is very rich. The in-house restaurant can provide a la carte dinner. On the first day, I had a severe altitude sickness so I ate directly in the restaurant. The child wanted to eat yak hotpot, so he ordered a set meal for 198 yuan. The lady in the restaurant said that it was not enough for four people, so he said, ”Okay, let's order some stir-fried dishes.” Wait till the hot pot comes, it will be enough for six people. We have so much of it, it's really a waste of food. Therefore, I suggest that you should be more cautious when giving suggestions to customers in the future to avoid waste. Another thing is that the yak hotpot does not use freshly-washed meat, but stewed meat. The meat tasted OK but was a little tough to chew. The front desk service was very good and they also sent us fruits. The room oxygen concentrator saved all of our lives. There are also snacks when you leave. Overall good. If you need oxygen tanks, you can buy them at the front desk, the price is reasonable.

The hotel exceeded my expectations during my 10-day self-driving trip to southern Xinjiang. I thought that the accommodation conditions in Tashi County were average because it was on the border of the motherland. But after reading the reviews, I chose Wanda, which was better than expected. The hotel service was very thoughtful and the decoration was luxurious. I want to thank the housekeeper Rezu the most. My child had a serious altitude reaction. She took the initiative to send oxygen cylinders and sent the luggage to the car. During the stay, all kinds of problems were solved enthusiastically by her, which made people feel warm.
