I do not speak Chinese and Hotel staff spoke only a little English however they made every effort to make my check-in and stay enjoyable. I was given ideas for places to eat. The hotel room was perfect for a traveller; lighting was very good and different types of power connectors. The bed was very comfortable with quality bed linen. Highly recommended.
Taxi drivers did not know ‘Home Inn’ and taxi company didn’t have hotel on database, maybe known by another name? Hotel should clarify with taxi companies.

If you book early in advance, a room in Tashi County during the off-season will cost nearly 500 yuan, and you can also book a Four Seasons Hotel during the same period. I didn't read the reviews at the time and was deceived by the pictures online. I canceled the room at the Four Seasons Hotel and booked at Home Inn instead! The result was very disappointing: the room was extremely small, the toilet and sink had a bad smell, the facilities were old, and the dirty stains on the carpet were unpleasant to look at! My husband said he would just make do with it for the night and went to sleep quickly! Compared with other hotels of the same price during the entire trip, it is the worst and not recommended!
