房間很陰冷，床品很舊，枕頭套都發黃了，前台就一個人，攜程上寫的是有地暖，但是到了酒店，又説還沒到通地暖的時間，房間沒有空調，還沒到十一，房間裏很冷，拖鞋就是一層非常薄的紙，穿在腳上，走兩步就破了。早上退房的時候，都9點半了，還沒有人，真的不具備開酒店的條件。
