I chose this place because the reviews of the entire Tashi County hotel were too low. After careful consideration, I chose this newly opened hotel. The service attitude is OK. The biggest advantage is that it is very close to the entrance of Panlong Ancient Road. It takes only a few minutes to get there after breakfast. The price is basically consistent with the supporting facilities.

We stayed here for 2 nights when we went to the Pamirs. The experience was as follows: ① We checked in before dark after dinner in Tashkurgan. This place is relatively remote and takes more than 20 minutes to drive from Tashkurgan. We came here late on the first day and it was a bit scary. ② The room is container-style, which is relatively shabby, but it has floor heating and is very practical. It is indeed a bit cold at night. ③ It is close to the Panlong Ancient Road. It was easier to play on the second day. We came back early and walked around. The air was fresh. There was a small football field opposite. Local children were playing football. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures. Overall, the experience is still 🉑️.

I called Ctrip to ask questions, and the customer service said that they had reservations, but the occupancy rate was very low. I felt that she was tactful. I hope Ctrip can help me cancel. After communicating with the customer service, they said that the store has a bad attitude. They didn't answer several calls. They hung up the phone before they finished speaking and refused to communicate. They will not cancel and are determined to deduct the full room payment. After listening to what the customer service said, I feel that it is right not to stay. They rely on everyone to pay money and see such an environment and cannot cancel to make ill-gotten gains. Finally, Ctrip deducted part of my room fee to solve my problem, but the hotel took my full room fee. I believe I am not the first one to be deceived, nor will I be the last one. I have written so many words, hoping to remind everyone that safety is the first priority when going out, and don't go to such a remote place.
