"Excellent stay at this cute little place. Loved everything about this hotel including the breakfast, location, and scenic views. You can't beat this place for the price. It's also so close (within walking distance) to the Tasch railway station and parking is free. They even let me park for 3-4 hours for free after checking out while I visited Zermatt. The front desk girl (I forgot her name) was so nice and helpful giving me some great tips while I visited Zermatt. Wonderful experience overall."

"Newly opened hotel. You don't have to stay in Zermatt to go to the Matterhorn. It's very convenient to stay here directly. It's next to the train station and you can reach Zermatt in 12 minutes."

"The hotel is on the edge of the train station. There are three rooms, which are reasonably priced. There is a coop supermarket next to it. There is also a fast food restaurant opposite the hotel. It is open late, has many types, tastes good, and has a large amount. Our mother and daughter order one. Very full. To the town of Zermatt, you need to take a shuttle train, you can use the Swiss Pass, the train is a few minutes away, the running time is very short, and there are cars late at night, with beautiful scenery along the way. The hotel has a complimentary breakfast, which is very tasty and can be eaten more satisfactorily."

"Very amazed by the level of automation in the hotel! Check-in was seamless even though it was just an iPad. We needed to pay a tourist tax via an online link prior to arrival but we were abit wary given the number of online scams nowadays - perhaps it’ll be better to charge everything up front? There was free coffee available as well, which was a huge plus. The room was amazing, spotlessly clean, sufficiently big, had a balcony, comfortable bed. One of the staff (a guy) allowed us to put our luggage in the room early even though we could only encode our card after 3pm. He even helped us make a reservation at Du Pont as we didn’t have a Swiss number, thanks very much! The hotel is a 10min walk from the main train station, though there are free buses which can shorten the journey. We just walked as it was faster. We were in Swiss for 2 weeks and this hotel is definitely the best accommodation we had - for a very good price as well!"

"Trip.com did not state the linen fee charges per person on their website. When I arrived I was shocked that a 4CHF per person per night has turned in a 78 CHF payment which is a huge discrepancy. However, it took me about 2 hours and I resolved this with the service reception of Alpen. There is no main reception in this lobby but the service providers were superb. The room is amazingly spacious and clean and it was an overall lovely stay thanks to the great service and comfort of the room."

Environment: The swimming pool and open-air spa are so comfortable~~ Service: The front desk lady is very enthusiastic and upgraded to a room with a balcony on the top floor. You can see the Matterhorn in the morning in the room! It's beautiful! You can be sent to the station when you check out👍"

"The hotel is one of the most satisfying hotels I have stayed in in Switzerland these days. The first day I came to Zermatt was snowy and I went up the mountain but didn’t see the Matterhorn. Unexpectedly, I saw the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain from the hotel balcony the next morning. so lucky Hotel service is very good There are outdoor hot springs, etc. I don’t know if it’s because of my diamond membership. They upgraded me to a room upstairs. Very good. Thank you."

"Hotel is approximately 10mins walk from Zermatt train station. There is a bus stop to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car station about 4mins away from the hotel, very convenient. The hotel gave us a free upgrade during our stay and the view from the balcony was amazing! The pool and sauna facility looked great but didnt had a chance to try. Highly recommend this hotel going to Zermatt!"

"This hotel is a bit far away from the train station. When I went to navigate, I passed the train track and had to move the boxes. It was very hard. When I came back, I led a road that didn't need to cross the train track. You can see the Matterhorn from the balcony of the room you booked. The breakfast was ok, and the hot sausage was great. It took a lot of trouble to book this hotel. It was obviously guaranteed to pay in advance. The result was that the payment was directly deducted and settled in US dollars. As a result, the cost was a lot more. Fortunately, Ctrip was more able to help solve it."

"I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect—close to the city center, public transportation, local shops, and restaurants. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, luxury toiletries, and a guidebook with local tips. The host was an excellent host, providing clear communication and quick responses to any questions we had. They even left a welcome basket and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We hope to return soon!"
