Cerro Tusa Springs

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT!!! We were on the road to the hotel when we were confronted with a road blockage and it was impossible to get there on time. When we called the WhatsApp we were provided, it turned out that the number didn’t work!! There was only a BOT that NEVER answered our questions. Then when we called the number that is provided on Google they didn’t answer either!! Then, I had to find the number of the owner and kindly asked to rebook our stay which they did. They also promised to find us a driver to bring us up there. Well, that driver REFUSED to drop us off at the hotel because he said he didn’t feel safe for himself or his vehicle to drive up the mountains. (There had been mudslides because of the heavy rainfall.) Then, when I called the owner again to kindly ask to reschedule for a time that it was safe to get there he refused and hang up the phone and how dare I bother him with these questions! That my transportation was not his issue! Excuse me, it’s a “4 star hotel” that doesn’t have a working phone number and a BOT that doesn’t answer when clients call after they already paid??? WHAT A DISHONEST COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN!!

Cerro Tusa Springs is in a natural wonderland. You can relax and explore so many spots, there’s a lot of fun and beautiful things to check out like the gardens, pool, swings and the avatar tree. The cabanas are amazing. And the trail to the Cerro Tusa Summit is right there. The team are so warm, friendly and welcoming. You can also do an amazing tour of the grounds with Andrew or one of the team and it's so lovely to learn about the natural plant and herb medicines that are available. I was also impressed about the work they're doing to regenerate the land. The cocktails are wonderful, tasty and inventive. I really enjoyed the watermelon Smash. You can visit just for the day and spend as long as you'd like. The entrance fee is 100,000 cop. I also loved the pan brownie 😋 But it’s well worth staying a night or a few in the cabanas. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent and a towel if you're coming for the day. Please know that there is some construction happening. I can’t wait to see it once it's all complete I know it’s going to be even more amazing and I can’t wait to come back.

Cerro Tusa Springs was outstanding! Beautiful location, tucked away outside of Venecia. Loved exploring the property, so many unique art features, pools, gardens and swings! I wish I could live at the main pool. The view of Cerro Tusa, the relaxing space and delicious cocktails made it easy to slip into vacation mode. The staff were also incredible, very kind and helpful. My partner and I made the trip down from Canada and stayed 4 days before going to Medellin. Wish we spent a week. We’ll be back!

My wife and I had a incredible 4 days. The food was excellent, especially the Banana crumble for desert was out of this world. The staff was always there to help especially Vanessa. The nature walk and views are something to see. The accommodation wonderful. I would recommend to any for a nice peaceful vacations

I was staying in this wonderful place and I can say that it has excellent attention and service. Totally recommended, close to Medellin, good transportation, excellent food. Really a great experience that I can recommend.

There are many things to explore on the property of Cerro Tusa Springs. You can find many swings in the lush green forest, a lagoon and natural pools. There is a path were you can learn about many herbs, fruits and vegetables. It’s just magical! The staff is great and welcoming. Food and drinks are a 10/10 both visually and flavorwise. The cabañas are a dream and very unique. Every cabaña has it‘s own style and flair. If you wanna take a rest from the city and spend your time in great nature with an awesome vibe, Cerro tusa springs is the place to go!
