Reservamos hace ya unos días diciendo que queríamos una habitación tranquila.. Nuestra sorpresa es que al llegar nos enteramos por casualidad y porque la recepcionista atendió antes a dos chicos que entraron detrás nuestro cuando lo habitual és que se atienda al primero que llega.. pienso yo... que habían unas habitaciones reservadas para una boda.. por lo que preguntamos a que si la habitación sería con el requisito que pedíamos.. tranquila.. De muy mala manera y sin ninguna educación nos dice que todo el hotel estaba lleno (como diciendo que cogíamos esta habitación o ninguna ...) Y que si nos quedábamos teníamos que pagar por adelantado..., Cómo???.. cogimos las maletas y nos fuimos... Por otro lado el hotel en su web dice HOTEL RESTAURANTE PINTOR MARSA..lo que la recepcionista con su habitual " educación" negó rotundamente... Dijo que no tiene restaurante..entonces??? Para qué poner esta reseña??? Pongo de puntuación un punto pero pondría un 0 rotundo.
