Tarogong Kaler Langensari Hotels

See my previous review. I extended my stay with one day. I forgot to mention that the WiFi is really poor, and it wouldn't let me connect at all yesterday. Quite inconvenient. Additionally, it takes about 2-3 minutes for the shower to get warm. Quite ironic when there's a note saying ”save water for the next generation”. But still a good hotel, of course. Enjoyed the breakfast!

The hot spring pool was a highlight. The facilities are old and the breakfast was just ok.

The place is very beautiful, cool, comfortable atmosphere typical of the countryside, just here you can have dinner too, next time you come here again... Success with natural resources..

Really satisfied. The villa is very spacious, facing the swimming pool, has a refrigerator, has a sofa, TV is gueddeeeee, room 2, the facilities are very complete, the food is delicious, and the part is very fulfilling. The air here is very cold at night, and I also brought a very happy child. There is a big bathtub. It's cool to take a hot bath. Spent a very pleasant holiday and accommodation here. The room was clean, and the AC was ice-cold. All the staff, from security to reception, gardeners, and restaurant staff, were incredibly friendly. The warm pool was absolutely fantastic, complemented by an unbeatable view! My only minor suggestion would be to perhaps add more variety to the breakfast menu rotation and the live cooking stations. During our two-day stay, the buffet items were almost identical on both the first and second days.

The place has a super location. It’s near the city, but actually located in the hot Springs area. We love the landscape and the view. There are a lot of activities that we can do in the hotel, like horse riding, feeding the animals, canoeing, flying fox, swimming, even fishing. The cleanliness of the rooms are not so good. Maybe it was not easy to maintain such big place. My kids love the activities offered there. For me it is a little bit too bustling, especially in the swimming pool area. Because there are a lot of people who weren’t staying in the hotel that could buy a ticket to swim there, so the swimming pool area is not very comfortable to swim in. People are buying a lot of instant noodles and coffees, and they just throw the garbage everywhere. There are cigarette butts, cups, and noodle bows littered absolutely everywhere. I think they should limit how many outsiders could buy a ticket to swim so the area will be still comfortable for the hotel guests, and hire more people to clean. The food was horrible, especially for breakfast, it was almost inedible.

We asked for double bed and they’re agreed to replace the room to double. In the night they’re giving us a snack for iftar dinner for free. The breakfast is delicious. Room are comfy, the pool is clean and warm. The staff is friendly and really helpful. It was really worth it, definitely will come again.
