Stayed at this lovely 3 star hotel for 9 nights recently, yes it is a lovely hotel in a location close to most local facilities including a great shopping centre. The staff are polite and friendly and serve a great breakfast in the restaurant. We had to ask the maid to change our sheets as the room is not well looked after, also we had to take tea bags from the restaurant at breakfast due to the ones in the room not being replaced. The room we had was quiet at the side of the property, but the air conditioning in the room was switched off and not working and one of the window blinds would not go all the way down, so the room was flooded with daylight every morning. Although this hotel is close to our relatives, with good parking facility, we would not stay here again when next in Tarnow, because of the above issues.

Hôtel de bonne qualité. Chambre spacieuse, confortable et agréable. Bien chauffé en hiver. Très bon buffet petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Pas loin du centre en voiture. Un bon restaurant fait partie du complexe. Personnel sympathique et accueillant.
