The stay and service were very good but they have a disco-bar at night in the entrance of the hotel with very loud music that filters into the rooms you cannot rest well, I was there three times and this did not change, if they solve this it would be wonderful

Really nice mattress, smallish room--specially the shower. Good sleep, albeit a disco nearby. Decent American-style breakfast. The hotel is 60+ years old, and built in a traditional, ample style. Quite lovely infraestructure, but management should make more of it. Got a decent rate via Booking. Didn't have time to enjoy the gardens and the hotel.

Desde que llegué al hotel, la atención fue excepcional, desde la entrada hasta la recepción y posterior entrega de mi habitación. Todo super limpio, ordenado. La vista de las habitaciones son hermosas y las habitaciones mismas muy cómodas con lo necesario para hacer tu estadía placentera. El desayuno muy rico y la atención de las personas también super bien. El restaurante sus platos super ricos. De verdad que volvería a este hotel sin dudarlo, si necesitas una escapada de lo rutinario, este es el hotel indicado para hacerlo.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía en Los Portales. El hotel es hermoso, con un estilo colonial pero a la vez moderno. La habitación era bastante acogedora, amplia y cómoda, contaba con todo lo que podríamos necesitar tanto en la habitación como en el baño. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado y me pareció muy útil que haya calefacción disponible para no sentir tanto el frío de la ciudad. Los ambientes del hotel están muy bien cuidados y tienen áreas para actividades recreativas. La atención del personal fue excelente, todos muy amables y atentos ante cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Ni qué decir del restaurante del hotel, probablemente nuestra parte favorita de nuestra estadía: comida deliciosa, una carta muy variada y un ambiente hermoso. Sin duda 100% recomendado si planeas visitar Tarma.

Lamento mucho la experiencia en el restaurante al cual fuimos de paso para almorzar, recomendando a familiares y amigos pero pasamos un mal momento, desde la espera por las de 1 hora y calidad de la comida. Una pena que haya bajado la calidad y sobretodo preocupacion por los clientes. El lugar merece mejor servicio. Al parecer no tienen un sistema de atencion adecuado. Espero mejoren

La habitación era pequeña pero acogedora. Los ambientes del hotel son bonitos y cuenta con desayuno buffet bastante agradable. Lo más importante de todo es que el hotel cuenta con calefacción lo que fue genial ya que entramos para refugiarnos de la lluvia.
