Very quiet neighbourhood yet very close to bars and restaurants, 10 mins walk to the beach and 3 mins to a public car park.This is a recently renovated duplex. The living room and open plan kitchen are very bright and sunny with lovely views and open on to a private patio. There is a 120 cm sofa in the living room. On the lower floor, there is an ensuite bedroom with a double king size bed, a second room with 1 single bed and a 135 cm double bed and a bathroom with a walk in shower.The entire house has 2 floors, the duplex holds the 1st and 2nd floor, there is a small apartment on the ground floor.The apartment sleeps 4 people very comfortably, in 2 individual rooms. A sofa bed of 120 cm is available in the living room for 1 or 2 extra guests, with curtains to shut the bed off from the living room and kitchen, allowing for privacy. The rental is intended for 4 people. For each additional guest beyond 4, an additional 10 euros / night will be charged.The upstairs living room, kitchen and patio are secured with a baby protection barrier.You are very welcome in our home, but we ask you to respect the following rules: Parties are not allowed. Fortunately the flat is located in a very calm area of the old town and the neighbourhood has a strong commitment to keep it this way.
