Mark and Aby were incredibly welcoming when we stayed with them on a bike tour, giving us space to store our bikes and helping us with getting some laundry done. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!

Comfortable b&b right on the harbour. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast with gluten-free options for coeliacs. Room was nice with view of boats. Hosts kindly allowed us to charge and store our e-bikes. Shower was good.

Located right on the Quay side at Tarbert Harbour. My room had a beautiful view of the bay marina. The en-suite room was perfect. Clean, comfy and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent and served by the owners who could not have been more charming. Many thanks. Richie.

YES this is the best accomodation in Tarbert. It was perfect for our needs and the couple we had with us from NZ. Great breakfast served with good conversation to get our day started. We slept like logs and wakened to a beautiful view over Tarbert. Clean comfortable and welcoming, spot on. Many thanks to Mark and Aby

We stayed here for one night prior to catching the ferry to Islay. The B&B is situated on the harbour-side and you can park your car for free nearby. The owners are very friendly, chatty and helpful. Our room was nicely furnished and had an en-suite shower. Tea and coffee were available with fresh milk on the landing. The decor is lovely with prints and paintings on the wall. We had a great harbour view from our room. There are places nearby to find an evening meal (best to book in advance) and the breakfast at Struan was delicious. It is good value and only a few miles to the Islay ferry terminal.

Amazing hospitality and a perfect sleep. Would highly recommend. Lovely room with beds that gave for a perfect sleep and a brillient shower. Breckfast was divine with plenty of choice including their speciality dish of Mexican porridge. Highly recommended for a perfect stay with a lovely view of the harbour. Thanks so much :)

Arrived late evening due to ferry disruption but the host Mark greeted us warmly. After two ferries on that day and several miles of driving, the cosy room and spotless comfortable bed was just what I needed. Breakfast was tasty and well cooked served by the lovely lady, the Mexican porridge was divine. I would certainly recommend Struan House and would stay there again if in the area

This is a quality, good value, place. The hosts are really friendly. I had a lovely clean comfortable room with excellent shower. Good breakfast I Would definitely return and happy to recommend. I was on a cycle tour, and Mark was very accommodating with the bike.
