The hotel was beautiful and the service was great. However, there was absolutely nobody that spoke any English there, even though it is advertised as a Spanish and English speaking hotel (plus the signage is in Spanish and English).
As a single woman travelling across the world alone I specifically looked for an English speaking hotel, because my Spanish is not great. I couldn't converse with anyone because nobody understood a word of English. In addition to that, a member of staff was extremely aggressive towards me because I couldn't understand what he was saying. At that point I was strongly considering walking out and leaving early. I felt so uncomfortable there that I decided to cancel my next trip to Tarapoto.

El lugar es super tranquilo alejado de la ciudad, auqnue los ambientes son un poco antiguos ya nesesitan mejoras y mantenimiento, el televisor es antiguo quise ver neflix y no tenía, el bufet antes era mejor comida regional ahora solo ponen más continental.

El servicio de la alimentaciin deja mucho que desear, mal servicio, muy pobre. No hay variedad y la calidad es mala. Para encontrarse en una zona turistica es prioritaria la atencion y la gastronomia de Tarapoto es muy variada . Capacitar al personal para mejor atengion . Its awful it seems like the food were rotten.

Pésimo hotel , mala infractuctura hotel antiguo y instalaciones un tanto tétricas no había agua caliente , la comida es mala lo único bueno es la picina y los espacios verdes nos robaron durante nuestra estancia , y la atención fue muy mala sobre todo del gerente no lo recomiendo .

Distribución espaciosa de las habitaciones, la infraestructura algo antigua, pero precios por habitación algo superior al promedio. El desayuno podría mejorar y no ser tan básico y siempre el mismo todos los dias. Y si no es pedir mucho quizás ayudaría algunas actividades en el hotel.

Lindas instalaciones, confort y tranquilidad, para disfrutar de la naturaleza. Excelente servicio de restaurante, con variedad en bebidas y alimentos, incluso para vegetarianos. Todo el personal fue muy atento y amable!
