Unfortunately, the hotel isn't up to the standard it's advertised for, and here are the reasons: - They offer airport shuttle service, but when we arrived, no one was waiting at the airport, so we had to call. This could be detrimental to a foreign tourist without a local number. - The hotel has a branch in Laguna Azul, and despite being part of the same hotel chain, it doesn't offer shuttle service between the two hotels. If you have a reservation at the other Riosol hotel, be prepared to arrive alone. - They prefer to sell drinks to a couple of tourists until midnight and allow the noise regardless of other guests. In the morning, the noise from the kitchen will keep you awake. Sleeping in the hotel for more than six hours will be impossible. - The infrastructure for a night over $50 is very poor compared to hotels in the capital. The lamps don't work.

Una buena experiencia con Respecto al personal siempre se mostraron muy amables y serviciales y con buena disposición. El desayuno buffet sólo se hizo cuando llegaron mas huéspedes, sólo eso como una recomendación. Muy satisfecha con la estancia. Disfruté de la piscina.

Deberían de bajar un poco los precios puesto q la mayoría solo se queda para descansar y guardar sus cosas por lo proporcionado piscina para q? Si me voy a bañar en las cascadas,en los baños termales no veo la razón porq el viajero regresa en la noche solo a descansar

Ubicación estratégica, cerca a la plaza principal y la zona tranquila. Instalaciones limpias y confortables, la habitación amplia y cómoda (sus vidrios aislantes en las ventanas, le dan un plus para el descanso). El personal atento y muy amable. Sus desayunos de primera. Recomendado 100 %. Estoy gratamente sorprendida y agradecida, pese a que habíamos dejado el hotel dos días atrás (estuvimos en La Laguna Azul) nos guardaron el equipaje al retornar ala ciudad y no sólo eso, nos llevaron al aeropuerto para el viaje de retorno a nuestra ciudad de origen.
