The hotel is located in a very quiet fishing village with a seafront promenade in front of the hotel. This is perfect for a morning and evening walk. In the village there are a few small shops, a restaurant and a Spar shop. The Spar is well stocked and perfect for picking up water ad this isn’t provided at the hotel despite it being all inclusive. The location was perfect for me, pretty, quiet and relaxing. I booked a sea view suite and I loved the balcony with sun loungers. Having this private space was great. Lovely spot with a great view and the constant sound of the ocean. I would definitely recommend spending more to have a sea view. During my stay I found some issues which were disappointing, firstly the cleanliness of my room and it was also dated and tired looking. I did report to Reception how dirty the balcony floor was on day 2 and this was addressed. The bed was also very hard and the pillows were uncomfortable, I didn’t sleep well as a result. I also felt the pool area could have been cleaner and the loose tiles around the pool created a loud noise when walked on. The issue of guests reserving sun loungers early in the morning was so frustrating! Some loungers were reserved and not used until the afternoon or not at all! This should be addressed by the hotel. I was often woken early (5.30am onwards) by maintenance/delivery/cleaning staff, this was also frustrating as I booked the holiday specifically to have a much needed rest. I found the quality of the drinks poor, wine was from a tap and wasn’t pleasant and cocktails from a slush machine! I stuck mostly to Prosecco and rum. I am a vegetarian and the selection was very limited. I mostly ate the same things each day as there weren’t vegetarian options to choose from instead of the meat/fish options. For all meals, I sat outside which was a lovely area. The restaurant staff work incredibly hard to clean tables promptly and the restaurant was always well organised and tidy. In general I didn’t feel that this was a 4 star hotel and in many areas I was disappointed. I would say that there needs to be a better eye for detail in the hotel to improve the guest experience in the key areas.

Stayed here together with my grandma for 5 days (82&19). It is a beautiful hotel, with 2 pools. But do keep in mind it is quite windy and gets quite cold at night! Also the walls to the bathroom are see trough with a blurred line, so all the light gets trough. The dining area is at the lowest level and to the pools, you do need to walk some stairs. The staff is very helpful (with a childerns light and extra blanket). The food is okay, just typical all in clusive food, some nights they have something special like garlic shrimps or lamb chops what was nice. The town only has like 3 shops, but thats fine.

I don't know where to start. The entire holiday was incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was incredible and so varied. The heated pool was wonderful. There were always loungers available. The room and terrace was perfect. Even the cats that wonder around were friendly! I am disabled and use crutches but the staff were always helpful. They put our room right next to the elevator to make it easier; would help me get drinks or bring them to my table; and would always ask if there was anything else they could do to help. The view from our room was stunning. It was the most amazing holiday and I would recommend it to absolutely everybody. Don't hesitate, just book and go!!!!! Thank you everyone there for making it perfect.

This hotel is just beautiful, in a lovely peaceful little village by the sea and great weather in November. This was our second time staying at the hotel and it's even better! Firstly the staff are great and so friendly and also a special mention to the manager, she is lovely and something very close to our hearts she cares for the cats that live at the hotel. The hotel is very clean in the public areas as are the rooms, we again went for a sea view room and well worth the extra money. I must say the food is even better than last time with lots of choice, and we liked the drinks on offer on the all-inclusive. We love both the pools, one is heated the other is cold but perfect to cool down from the sun. The location is perfect for us, very very quiet! A lovely walk by the sea on your doorstep as you come out of the hotel and just a few mins walk away are a few lovely restaurants and a few shops including a big spar shop. If you want lots of bars then this area is not for you. We had a great holiday again and love the cats! We are booked again for June and can't wait to go back.

This is a beautiful hotel, all staff were lovely …food was excellent with lots of variety even a huge wheel of Parmesan at dinner as well as a honey comb at breakfast …such lovely touches. The room was spacious and immaculately clean and the waiting staff at each meal were perfect -really lovely…coming to an adults only hotel is a game changer and is was so tranquil and quiet. The town is delightfully small and unspoiled it had bike hire and a few restaurants and bars and a well stocked supermarket and a few other mini markets but it all had a very local feel and very untouristy just exactly what we wanted a pure escape!!!
