I stayed at this great Sheraton for 3 nights last week while on a business trip to Taipei. My business was mostly at the TPE airport which was perfect as the hotel is only about a 15 minute Uber ride. Check in was easy and the staff at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. My room was excellent, very large with all the great Marriott amenities including Nespresso. I was on the 9th floor and also had access to the Executive Lounge which was quite nice. I spent a few early mornings there doing email and having coffee. The breakfast at the hotel is outstanding and has an egg station for omelets and both western and Asian authentic food - well worth it. I also went to the lobby bar a couple times in the evening and was the only patron, but the bartender was very nice and they had a nice selection of beers and cocktails. My only small critique is there is nothing in walking distance except a 7-Eleven across the street. This was fine for me, but note that taking an Uber to the city will take about 90 minutes in the early evening. Overall, the staff was excellent and the hotel was perfect for what we needed, I will be back next time.

The hotel staff is kind to guests and can leave luggage early. I just happened to check in after returning from playing in Lilliputian Kingdom. There is a simple ball pool for children to play. There is also an indoor swimming pool and spa. The shower room is very clean and the hair dryer has sufficient air volume. The only slight drawback is that the hair dryer in the room is wall-mounted. If you keep pressing it, it will overheat and you will be unable to continue drying your hair.

This was a great hotel to stay at before my flight the next morning! First, it is right on the express MRT line, so it’s less than 30 minutes to the airport with frequent trains coming by. Second, it’s connected to the MRT station and the Global shopping mall, so you don’t even need to go outside. You can just exit the station directly into the mall, and the door to the hotel is right there, 1 minute from the station! And then, you can find restaurants in the mall, so it’s convenient. The hotel breakfast is amazing with so many choices of different foods and good coffee. The room was very comfortable, quiet, non-smoking, clean, and spacious. This is simply a great hotel, and I highly recommend it!

”The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of fresh and healthy plenty choices. We thoroughly enjoyed the food! The staffs were always motivated to help us, staff are all friendly. But on the other side, is the swimming pool, I didn’t enjoy that much because a lot of people there. Pool was not really big . Can’t relax that much children and parents are shouting. But I really enjoyed private hot spring.
