Highly recommend it if you are doing international transit flight and stop by Taoyuan! Despite its humble appearance, the hotel has perfect room and the price, despite not the best but reasonable being next to the airport, covers breakfast which is very delicious. The water gets hot very soonly after I open the tap for showering, amenities are well-rounded, fast Wi-Fi and soft bed. This hotel is definitely value for money, the staffs are also very nice and provide me with a leaflet of what to do around the place. There’re also a lot of international travellers in the hotel and it seems very famous among local people. Interesting and will revisit if ever stop by Taipei again

I am very grateful to the front desk staff for helping us upgrade our 2-person room to a 4-person room for free, and for kindly giving us advice on our journey.
But the decoration facilities in the lobby, restaurant and room are very different... When I first entered the hotel, I felt that 1042 for a night was a great value; but when I entered the room, I felt that the facilities were old, the air conditioning and heating could not adjust the temperature, the floor had cracks, and the water dispenser was stained There were stains from tea stains, and the quilt was pilled... Moreover, some floors of the hotel were still under construction. I was woken up by the sound of construction at around 7 or 8 o'clock in the morning, and the children were also frightened. This happened for 2 days in a row...
Although the hardware equipment is not ideal, I am still satisfied with the service😀

I had a wonderful stay at Taoyuan Novotel Hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They understood our need for an early check-in the next day and arranged a shuttle bus for us at 6:30 am. They also assisted in keeping all our luggage, including items that needed to be stored in the chill room, and ensured everything was ready before our check-out. I loved the service and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Novotel Taoyuan. I will definitely come back again.

Location is good, there is King Yonghe not far downstairs, there is a convenience store, the front desk is very kind, the breakfast is more western style, not very suitable for your taste, suitable for business trips, the corner of the room pattern is a bit awkward

Not bad, but the rooms were pretty small and the AC didn't work very well. However the room was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. We asked for an extra pillow and had to pay 50NT extra which seemed a little odd.

It's very close to the train station, and the transportation is very convenient. There are a lot of restaurants directly downstairs. The room is very clean, the air conditioner is very cold, and the sound insulation is good. I will come again next time👍👍

Stayed because of the location - it's near the train station. We were given one pillow each and they were extremely soft. Tried requesting for another pillow but was told there weren't any as the hotel was fully occupied. Lady at front desk was not very personable. Breakfast was just okay. There are many food stalls and restaurants around the hotel.

The stay was pleasant..It was accessible to the train station and taxi stand. Though we were not abke to find the Coca-cola museum and other museums mentioned nearby as we lack time. The whole trip was something we will truly remember.. People were helpful, the place was safe, it was unmanned reception but when we need help, the housekeeper would just appear from her hidden room. Hehehe!

GGuest UserI chose ihotel because of my son. The room space is moderate, the breakfast is semi-buffet, and the main dishes show that the chef has put effort and surprises into them. There is a laundry room and snacks and drinks are available 24 hours a day. The hotel is not far from the MRT station, and it is very convenient to go to the nearby Zhongli Night Market. There are also many late-night snack stalls on the streets at night. I only have a slight dust mite allergy. I found a lot of dust when I picked up the items that fell under the bed in the morning. I hope the hotel will pay more attention to cleanliness.

There are also three KTVs in the same building. The entrance and exit flow at night is complicated. The interior of the hotel room is good, but the hygiene needs to be improved. Cockroaches appeared many times during the period. 🥺The sister at the hotel front desk The service attitude is very good, responsive to all requests, willing to solve problems, and very satisfied with the service attitude! 👍🏿👍🏿

However, the hotel staff told me they almost cancelled my room because i didn’t check in on time.
Story short was, my first booking was from 26th to 28th Dec, but because of the red eye flight, i wanted to catch some rest before exploring the city.
After reaching out to the hotel via trip, i was advised to cancel my booking and rebook with 25th dec so that the room will be readily available to me upon reaching the hotel. I did what i was advised and still the counter staff made the remark of “cancelling” my booking because i didn’t check in on time.
Room was a little shabby especially the toilet, looks very old, definitely needs some upgrading.
