Taoyuan Zhongli District Hotels

a 5 star hotel but feels pretty basic like 3 star. some distance from mrt station. location a bit far. looks porch but a bit lower than expectation for a 5 star. comes with spa but is actually sauna. pool is closed in dec. have gym but didnt go. room has no de humidifier. no hair conditioner. could have better tea in room. towels look a bit dark (off white). just a large bathroom.

The place was convenient. The room is good enough for a solo traveler like me. It's quiet and comfortable to relax. But I hope next time they provide a toothbrush and toothpaste. 😅 Near 7-11 and bus station. I'm sure I'm back here again.

I checked in late 30 May 2025 at around 7,.30 or 8pm and had some issues with the toilet door. The two receptionists on duty were really kind and help me out to resolve my problem. I got switched to another room and it was perfect. I was very happy with the stay - I forgot to ask the name of the ladies but they were exceeding nice and professional. I will come again to stay here next time I am in town. This location is perfect. It is less than 30metres walk to the metro station (to  HSR Taoyuanm, Taipei Station and the airport) on the Taoyuan line and the Chungli Market is just 10 mins on foot in a straight line away from the hotel. Perfect !

Still a good hotel to stay for us when we visit Taiwan. However, recently, we have noticed a few changes to their services, such like, eliminating the breakfast program for complete, offering free water only on the arrival day, offering just free tea , not coffee, doing less routine maintenance to rooms, and hall ways

The room was very clean, the bed was moderately hard and soft, the service attitude was also very good, and they specially prepared a bottle sterilizer for us, which was very considerate. The breakfast was also delicious. The only drawback was that the handrail of the stairs was broken, which was a bit dangerous 😅

Breakfast has only three main dishes to choose from, but there are few other foods. Since I brought a child with me, I still had to pay 400 yuan, which is not reasonable for Taiwan's market. The overall cleanliness is OK. The location is close to the tourist night market, which is only 3 to 5 minutes away. It is very convenient, but because I stayed at night, there was a serious traffic jam around the night market.

A very nice and professional hotel. I stayed in one the shared bathroom rooms. Plenty of space and everything was very clean. There is a little tea, coffee and snacks station that was a nice surprise. The front desk was great. Very welcoming and helpful. Exactly what I needed after a long flight

This is the third time I have stayed here I will stay here every time I come to Zhongli The location is very convenient, the service and equipment are very good! And the price is also very reasonable It’s a great choice for people who want to play computer games but don’t want to live in an Internet cafe.

The quad room was very clean and the price was very reasonable. There are many places to eat near downstairs. The counter service is very good, and they will actively help solve any questions you have. A hotel with high CP value. Available!

I Stayed at Benz hotel With my 4 year old child. Everything was Excellent, Specially my child enjoyed the Characters of Spiderman, Ironman etc. This theme makes Benz hotel more Special and kids Friendly as well. I will prefer this hotel for future trips and will recommend to my friends.Thank you 😊
