Very comfortable to stay here. Nothing to complain about. Gym is decent. Morning buffet must try. Bathtub is fantastic. Walking distance to a polular nightmarket. II will definitely stay there again.
A Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities – But Beware the Mosquitoes
We stayed at this relatively new hotel and were impressed with its modern facilities. One of the highlights for us was the 24/7 business centre, which offers complimentary refreshments like soft drinks, tea, chips, and crackers. My son absolutely loved it—it felt like our own little secret spot to unwind after a long day exploring.
The location is excellent. There’s a supermarket right across the street and a mall next door with plenty of dining options, a cinema, and more. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle bus service that connects to the HSR station for easy access to Taipei.
The included breakfast was quite good, and since there aren’t many nearby breakfast options, it was definitely a plus. The staff were generally friendly—maybe not quite at a five-star level, but still pleasant and helpful overall.
However, the major downside was the mosquito problem. When we checked into our room, we found more than 20 mosquitoes in the room, and they were also present in common areas like the lobby, restaurant, hallways, and business centre. Unfortunately, my son, who is allergic to mosquito bites, was bitten and had a very painful reaction. This was a big disappointment, especially since we weren’t expecting such an issue indoors. We stayed from late May to early June, so perhaps it was seasonal—but we do feel the hotel should take more proactive measures, especially housekeeping, to address this.
Despite the mosquito issue, I would still recommend this hotel for a stay in Taoyuan, especially for its location and overall value—just be sure to pack insect repellent if you're visiting during mosquito season!
the hotel is suitable if you have a quick escape and group of family the room is big and clean the receptionist are kind and can speak english they are always smilling,if you are planning to bring a toddler it is highly recommended they can run inside the room because of the bigger space. ,thats why I book twice after I tried another hotel I decide to come back in this hotel not pricey but it wont cost you that much I like the hotel!just bring food or snacks

The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering a view from the window. However, the walls seemed quite thin, resulting in terrible soundproofing. On the first night, in the early morning hours, I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room, which made it very difficult for me to fall asleep. The next day, I bought earplugs, and my sleep quality improved significantly.
The hotel is conveniently located on the back side of the train station. While parking in the surrounding area is generally inconvenient, the hotel does provide mechanical parking spaces. Although these spots are limited, I managed to find one quite smoothly. I also noticed they offer Tesla charging parking spaces. The interior decor is very new; both the rooms and bathrooms feel fresh and modern, showing no signs of age, and the water pressure was excellent. The breakfast offers a truly sufficient variety, including Chinese and Western options, as well as traditional congee with various side dishes, beverages, milk, coffee, and a salad bar. I found the stainless steel cups in the restaurant quite interesting. There's a gym on the top floor, which is only open in the afternoons. On the first floor, you can find a self-serve station for complimentary soft drinks.
This was my second visit, and the experience was still great. The room was clean and well-appointed. It seems they frequently update their breakfast menu; the offerings were different from my last visit, but still quite delicious.
One of the best 3 star hotels I've ever stayed at. Would even say it is better than most 4 star hotels I have been. Although it is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest MRT station (Laojie River), it is near to many good food and hidden gems, should one go out to look for them. The cafe area is also free to use in the afternoon to night time, where there is free coffee and tea, alot of sweets and even instant noodles to cook. Breakfast is also pretty good. Staff are really friendly, and will make you feel at home. The room was sufficient and comfortable, although there wasn't bathing towel for some reason. Overall a pretty good place to stay at in taoyuan for a night or two before heading into Taipei/catching a flight.
This was our first stay here since the renovation, and we were a party of three, including an elderly guest. The room was nice, and the beds were comfortable. I think families with young children would especially appreciate it.
The hotel no longer provides amenities like slippers, which you have to purchase downstairs. It's best to bring your own.
I have a couple of suggestions:
1) For the breakfast buffet, I suggest covering the food dishes to keep them warm and prevent anything from falling in. I imagine that in winter, the food would get cold very quickly.
2) I noticed that the dining floor can be accessed without a key card. Considering the hotel's location, I think the hotel should pay more attention to security, especially regarding unauthorized individuals.
You really outdid yourselves – initially! 👍
We brought our kids, expecting a peaceful night's sleep after some singing, but it turned out everyone else was here to party! I'm literally typing this because the noise is keeping me wide awake.
If you're going to accommodate party-goers, couldn't you at least inform family guests like us that it might be noisy until the early hours? Forget about noise control!
As I'm typing this, it's 3:30 AM, and next door, they're not just singing but also running around wildly, with heavy bass and thumping footsteps. I genuinely thought that if they accept regular overnight guests like us, they'd have confident soundproofing!
Please just tell everyone directly: parties are welcome, but if you want to sleep, don't bother coming! This is no place for a peaceful night's rest! This is how I felt at 3 AM.
P.S. After calling to complain around 3 AM, they actually managed to resolve the situation successfully. It quieted down within half an hour. That was impressive!
Then, after waking up at 10 AM, we went for breakfast. There were three main course options: steak, large prawns, and an omelet. All three were delicious! 👏 The steak, in particular, was restaurant quality!
The buffet's beef soup was tasty, and although the selection wasn't huge, everything was to our liking! The jar salads were especially appealing.
There was a nice interlude: a manager came to apologize for the poor sleep quality last night and offered us a complimentary chef's dessert. We truly felt the high standard of service! Thumbs up! 👍
The main thing is: my kids said they slept wonderfully last night and the bed was super comfortable. My wife said that even though she heard some noise, she also slept very comfortably! It just goes to show how excellent the beds are. ☺️
As a result, my children insisted we give it 5 stars because they slept well, ate well, and had so much fun singing! 🥳 So, it went from a one-star experience to a five-star one! ☺️
This level of service truly transformed what could have been an unpleasant experience into a comfortable one. It's truly exceptional!
The room was very clean, the bed was moderately hard and soft, the service attitude was also very good, and they specially prepared a bottle sterilizer for us, which was very considerate. The breakfast was also delicious. The only drawback was that the handrail of the stairs was broken, which was a bit dangerous 😅
Very Good

WWilliamStayed here one night during transit. Overall it’s ok for the price paid. Room is basic and clean. There is a department store and food market within 10 mins walk. Staff were just ok - they did their jobs and that’s it. Room was extremely cold at 17C despite temperature set to 23.
GGolfPiyapongThe receptionist at the check-in counter should be improved. She had a displeased expression on her face. I don't know who she was angry at and why she would take it out on customers. She didn't smile at all and was not impressed. The room was small but acceptable. The air conditioning was very weak, so I had to use a fan to help.
白白姊Smokers gather in front of the convenience store next door, and smoke from the breakfast shop next door fills the arcade and the elevator on the first floor. The air quality is very poor!
AAnonymous UserCheck-in was quick and easy using the check-in machine. The room was very basic and apart from towels, shower gel and shampoo, all other supplies needed to be purchased. There was Xiaobei Department Store downstairs so it wasn't too hard to buy anything. It is very close to Laojiexi Station, so it is a place you can consider staying at the airport the day before.
GGuest UserHighly recommend hotel, the service is good and the staff of the hotel are very accommodating, Good location, it is near the train station and 20mins away from airport. many establishment that you can go for foods and stuffs. Definitely we will be back again here again.
GGuest UserWhile the location was convenient, the condition of the room and the overall experience left much to be desired.
Based on this experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless major improvements are made in cleanliness, comfort, and amenities.
JJinThe location is good, within walking distance of the nearest stations for the Taoyuan Metro and Taiwan Railway. The rooms are spacious and cozy.
However, the facilities are old, the shower in the bathtub doesn't work well, and the room locks are difficult to lock, so I don't recommend it for women. There is only one elevator, so you may have to wait a while when it's busy.
It would be more convenient if there was an outlet near the bed instead of a light switch; please consider this in the future. It would be nice if there was a little more variety in the breakfast (including drinks).
HHappyKimmyLocation is good which 3 mins walk from Laojie River MRT station via exit 2. Our room is cleaned which I requested clean room while I booked thru Trip.com with special request. It is a self check in hotel with the instructions at hotel lobby & got contact number to contact them too. By the way, there is a Catholic Church near by 😊🙏
