Such a surprising beautiful gem hidden inside a not so nice building. Don’t let the entrance and elevator scare you. When you enter the Lobby it’s a modern stunning beauty and the rooms are even better. Loved the Bathroom and the TV was huge. Easy walk to the train station for the trip into Taipei. Will definitely use again

Hotel self check in and check out system. Friendly customer service on phone. Walking distance from Taoyuan Train Station. Next to Carrefour Supermarket. On (9F) - 9th Floor. Near amenities. Room and toilet are clean and spacious.

Super cold Aircon with broken remote! When turning on the shower at the end of the day there will be 3 seconds of rust water, stayed two nights and happened twice. Room 612. Other than this it was okay, there's a bus stop wrong in front of the hotel to get to Taipei which is quite convenient.

Exceeded my expectation. My daughter loves the room so much. It's big and new. Breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Taiwan. Excellent service as well. The receptionist speaks English well and very approachable.

Convenient to walk around, It’s located in central taoyuan, will take you about 27 mins from the airport. Taoyuan railway station is just a walking distance if you want to go to Taipei main station, MRT. Close to shopping markets. Nice, comfortable, and clean rooms! Delicious buffet breakfast! Front desk were very accommodating! Great value for money. My friend and I had a pleasantstay. I highly recommend this place 👌👍🏻

Besides the cleanliness, location, service, and amenities, there is a bonus. They have a smart TV in the room. I am welcomed by the fromt desk and lucky to receive an upgrade to a family room with 2 king-size beds at the time of checking in in 22/4/2025. Strong air-conditioning. The only thing that is NOT pleasant is the simple breakfast they provided. I believe all Taiwan may provide this type of breakfast unless you pay more. If I come across to Taoyuen, I will stay in here again.

overall this motel is very good nice, environment is nice, own carpark for parking. The bed sheet has some stain. Bed is nice and soft, breakfast is good~ with hand brew coffee. Will come back to stay again and will recommend. Very hyper motel. Just like the pic Book 2nd day same place~

The hotel is easy to find and very accessible. The area is close to the train system and other public transportation. There are also many malls and restaurants around. The hotel is on the 5th floor of a bank. Check in is at 3 pm but you can leave your luggage with the staff if need be. The hotel and rooms are ”Hello Kitty” designed. Quite quaint and very colorful. The front office, however, is a bit dark. There are free water fountains. The room is a bit tiny but manageable. There is a free water bottle and hot water kettle. The room is nice and cool. The area at night can be a little noisy due to the traffic in the area. The bedsheet we had had some small holes and some of the towels are tattered on the seams. The internet rarely works but there is free internet by the 7-11 area downstairs. TV works. There are some english channels. If you are looking for a cheap short stay that gives you a base to roam around , this is ok.

The service was as expected for hotel of this price range. The location of the hotel is far away from Taipei which is what we want to visit. Also, when we asked to have a late check out of one hour, the hotel responded by saying it will charge us $200 NTW which seems unreasonable and excessive for just one hour.

Staying on a business trip, overall the CP value is high! I will stay here again if I have the opportunity in the future. I also saw some adults taking their children to stay here as a family. It is also very close to the arts and cultural zone.
