"Both flights were excellent, the staff at Manila and Taiwan airport where very helpful for me as a senior citizen.
The hotel staff at the front desk and the room service was excellent, the breakfast was excellent, but the evening meals was ok, I just wish that they had egg fried rice and Chinese beef our chicken curry , but apart from that the the trip was excellent."
"The room was clean and tidy.
It's conveniently located very close to Taoyuan High-Speed Rail Station.
**Facilities**: New, and the decor felt very comfortable.
**Cleanliness**: Spotless.
**Environment**: Pleasant.
**Service**: The breakfast was exceptionally good.
The front desk staff were incredibly nice and thoughtfully helped us arrange a taxi."
"A Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities – But Beware the Mosquitoes
We stayed at this relatively new hotel and were impressed with its modern facilities. One of the highlights for us was the 24/7 business centre, which offers complimentary refreshments like soft drinks, tea, chips, and crackers. My son absolutely loved it—it felt like our own little secret spot to unwind after a long day exploring.
The location is excellent. There’s a supermarket right across the street and a mall next door with plenty of dining options, a cinema, and more. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle bus service that connects to the HSR station for easy access to Taipei.
The included breakfast was quite good, and since there aren’t many nearby breakfast options, it was definitely a plus. The staff were generally friendly—maybe not quite at a five-star level, but still pleasant and helpful overall.
However, the major downside was the mosquito problem. When we checked into our room, we found more than 20 mosquitoes in the room, and they were also present in common areas like the lobby, restaurant, hallways, and business centre. Unfortunately, my son, who is allergic to mosquito bites, was bitten and had a very painful reaction. This was a big disappointment, especially since we weren’t expecting such an issue indoors. We stayed from late May to early June, so perhaps it was seasonal—but we do feel the hotel should take more proactive measures, especially housekeeping, to address this.
Despite the mosquito issue, I would still recommend this hotel for a stay in Taoyuan, especially for its location and overall value—just be sure to pack insect repellent if you're visiting during mosquito season!"

"The hotel looks good. There are a lot of food places and it's about a 5 minute walk to Zhongli Night Market. It's also 12 minutes driving from Taoyuan HSR. And when we got there, our room was upgraded!"
"Stayed for one night here so that we could catch our early morning flight at Taoyuan Airport. As we had to leave the hotel around 4.50am, they were unable to provide us with breakfast, unfortunately. Triple room was not very spacious but ok for a night’s stay. Wifi did not require password so it didn’t feel very secure..
Location was very good, close to many shops and a couple of shopping malls nearby, we even managed to do last minute shopping at a nearby pharmacy which operates till 11pm."
"the hotel is suitable if you have a quick escape and group of family the room is big and clean the receptionist are kind and can speak english they are always smilling,if you are planning to bring a toddler it is highly recommended they can run inside the room because of the bigger space. ,thats why I book twice after I tried another hotel I decide to come back in this hotel not pricey but it wont cost you that much I like the hotel!just bring food or snacks"
"The hotel is located next to the Taoyuan international airport, however its not walkable to the hotel. The hotel do provide free shuttle bus to/from the airport and hotel. You will find the shuttle bus stop and bus stop #7 where all the other city buses are located. The only advantage of its location is if you're taking a early morning flight or landing in at late night hours and you're just looking for a place to get some sleep and travel the next day. Because there is nothing else around the hotel besides the airport. the nearest eatery or convenient store would be back at the airport terminals. That what I did, I took the shuttle bus back to the airport terminals to eat and brough some drinks. My room was fairly clean but there were carpet stains and the carpet seems old. service was on par, and facilities has everything a 4 star Hyatt would have. Room size was large so is the bathroom. there were no shower door so I didnt get that design because the water is going out to the bathroom floor. I only stayed for 1 night as a layover so It didnt bother me that the bathroom floor was wet after I shower since I will be on my way afterwards. Now lets talk about price, EXPENSIVE! By Asia standard the price I paid I could've stayed at a premium 5 star hotel in a downtown area. I paid 165 USD for the night. again I didn't have a better choice since I have to be back at the airport for my early morning flight. So the night at the hotel served its purpose but pricey for the stay."
"The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering a view from the window. However, the walls seemed quite thin, resulting in terrible soundproofing. On the first night, in the early morning hours, I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room, which made it very difficult for me to fall asleep. The next day, I bought earplugs, and my sleep quality improved significantly."
"Hotel is near to Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. Just 10 minutes walking distance. I like their well-equiped sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The gym only has 2 step machine and treadmill. There is no swimming pool. I suggest to add cycling machine and muscle building machine. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. In the hotel, there are many water dispenser machines available. There are coin laundry machines for washing and dryer which makes it convenience."

Outstanding
EExpatThis is a great place just 33 minutes from the Airport. You can Uber, Bus, and half-way HSR Airport Transit. The key thing to note about this location is that you need to bring your own toiletries and dry slippers. Towels, kettle, tea, television and restaurants are available easily. It’s a lovely village and it’s enough distance from the old street to bypass all of the food scents you’re going to taste. The breakfast was traditional Chinese. I highly suggest visiting the café at the wooden Ecological museum and also the coffee shop next door. There’s many side streets which offer unique charm as well. There’s a vegan pizzeria in (Letaoli in Shop) a few minutes away and there’s many stores to go browse through. Stop was super friendly and the views from the upper floor or amazing. There’s a lovely farm to walk to and a ton of temples. As a foreigner, I felt very welcome and everyone was quite friendly in the area. Many kind families within.
GGuest UserOur family room was incredibly spacious, featuring two separate double beds and two TVs. At night, a hidden partition door in the middle could be closed, ensuring everyone had their own quiet space.
We made sure to arrive early in the afternoon to enjoy the water facilities. Do note that there's a disinfection period from 1 PM to 2 PM. We started by enjoying the carousel, some fun kiddie rides, and the outdoor pool. After 2 PM, we then moved to the indoor pool.
The beef noodles at the lobby bar were on the pricier side, but absolutely delicious. The beef itself was incredibly tender and flavorful, even the leaner cuts. It was so good, we almost forgot to snap a picture before devouring it!
PPao huaYou really outdid yourselves – initially! 👍
We brought our kids, expecting a peaceful night's sleep after some singing, but it turned out everyone else was here to party! I'm literally typing this because the noise is keeping me wide awake.
If you're going to accommodate party-goers, couldn't you at least inform family guests like us that it might be noisy until the early hours? Forget about noise control!
As I'm typing this, it's 3:30 AM, and next door, they're not just singing but also running around wildly, with heavy bass and thumping footsteps. I genuinely thought that if they accept regular overnight guests like us, they'd have confident soundproofing!
Please just tell everyone directly: parties are welcome, but if you want to sleep, don't bother coming! This is no place for a peaceful night's rest! This is how I felt at 3 AM.
P.S. After calling to complain around 3 AM, they actually managed to resolve the situation successfully. It quieted down within half an hour. That was impressive!
Then, after waking up at 10 AM, we went for breakfast. There were three main course options: steak, large prawns, and an omelet. All three were delicious! 👏 The steak, in particular, was restaurant quality!
The buffet's beef soup was tasty, and although the selection wasn't huge, everything was to our liking! The jar salads were especially appealing.
There was a nice interlude: a manager came to apologize for the poor sleep quality last night and offered us a complimentary chef's dessert. We truly felt the high standard of service! Thumbs up! 👍
The main thing is: my kids said they slept wonderfully last night and the bed was super comfortable. My wife said that even though she heard some noise, she also slept very comfortably! It just goes to show how excellent the beds are. ☺️
As a result, my children insisted we give it 5 stars because they slept well, ate well, and had so much fun singing! 🥳 So, it went from a one-star experience to a five-star one! ☺️
This level of service truly transformed what could have been an unpleasant experience into a comfortable one. It's truly exceptional!
GGTCHENThe hotel is conveniently located on the back side of the train station. While parking in the surrounding area is generally inconvenient, the hotel does provide mechanical parking spaces. Although these spots are limited, I managed to find one quite smoothly. I also noticed they offer Tesla charging parking spaces. The interior decor is very new; both the rooms and bathrooms feel fresh and modern, showing no signs of age, and the water pressure was excellent. The breakfast offers a truly sufficient variety, including Chinese and Western options, as well as traditional congee with various side dishes, beverages, milk, coffee, and a salad bar. I found the stainless steel cups in the restaurant quite interesting. There's a gym on the top floor, which is only open in the afternoons. On the first floor, you can find a self-serve station for complimentary soft drinks.
GGuest UserThe hotel is easy to find and very accessible. The area is close to the train system and other public transportation. There are also many malls and restaurants around. The hotel is on the 5th floor of a bank. Check in is at 3 pm but you can leave your luggage with the staff if need be.
The hotel and rooms are ”Hello Kitty” designed. Quite quaint and very colorful. The front office, however, is a bit dark. There are free water fountains. The room is a bit tiny but manageable. There is a free water bottle and hot water kettle. The room is nice and cool. The area at night can be a little noisy due to the traffic in the area.
The bedsheet we had had some small holes and some of the towels are tattered on the seams.
The internet rarely works but there is free internet by the 7-11 area downstairs.
TV works. There are some english channels.
If you are looking for a cheap short stay that gives you a base to roam around , this is ok.
雲雲逸The room was a bit small, but seems to be newly renovated.
The front desk staff was helpful.
The breakfast buffet was great.
The elevator on the Benz side was tiny, but it was a perfect fit for two people plus 3 pieces of luggage
Will definitely visit again in the future.
JJames_ParkThere was 24hours convenient store in front of the hotel. The cabin was tidy and clean. Multi-national people was visit the hotel. The three elevators were fast. Breakfast was available at third floor from 0600 local time. One bottle of beer or soft drink was provided at the first day.
GGuest UserIt was a single floor hotel located in a big building, in Taoyuan. At about 25 minutes away from the airport, it's not in an area with a lot of places to go, but is good for a short stay somewhat close to the airport. There is access to a 7/11, a grocery store, and a handful of restaurants near by. Employees were really nice and offer the service of booking taxis for you in advance, which was really convenient. They don't really offer food, but do have utensils, a microwave, water, and cleansing necessities. One thing that was a little disappointing was the scent of cigarette smoke we found in our bathroom. They have the rule of no smoking, but it may not be enforced extremely harshly. One more flaw about the facilities is that the bathroom isn't an enclosed room, but rather just two stalls inside the hotel room, one with the toilet and one with a shower with the sink outside which was inconvenient. Overall, a mediocre hotel.
