The room is clean but there is a moldy scent once you entered the room. It also have poor soundproofing.

We ordered a triple bed room. The room was super big and so was the toilet. The toilet comes with a bath tub and one can literally play mahjong inside the toilet space. The rooms are clean and new and nice but the hotel doesn't provide any amenities like tooth brush etc. Shampoo and body wash are provided, so are bath room slippers. The receptionists and team are well trained and the lobby space is nice. Free snacks and drinks are available at the lobby.

This hotel is very cozy and the staffs are very nice and friendly. I like the bathroom with tub, but the ac in my room was very cold, I don’t know why! Overall the experience is great, I would recommend to friends and book again soon

We checked in at 10 PM and noticed that the staff were not as welcoming as we had hoped. Unfortunately, our room was quite noisy due to poor soundproofing. When we raised this concern, we were surprised to receive a call from the staff, who assumed we were responsible for the noise. This misunderstanding was disappointing and added to the discomfort of our stay.
The bed was firmer than we preferred, and the bedsheets seemed quite worn and not of the best quality. Despite the positive reviews on Xiao Hong Shu, our experience did not meet those expectations.
We hope the hotel will address these issues, but unfortunately, we would not recommend it based on our experience.

Stayed here one night during transit. Overall it’s ok for the price paid. Room is basic and clean. There is a department store and food market within 10 mins walk. Staff were just ok - they did their jobs and that’s it. Room was extremely cold at 17C despite temperature set to 23.

Will definitely book this hotel again during next Taiwan trip. They upgraded our room upon seeing us carried four luggage.
