房間內部還可以，拖鞋也沒有，酒店應該是給每個人有家的感覺，現在酒店冷冰冰，沒温度。前台服務人員跟自助辦理入住一樣，沒温度。所謂的環保下酒店沒有家的感覺了。

Hotel is located in the good location near the Zongli Bus Station and Train Station. Many shops and eateries within walking distance as well. It is about 20 mins car ride from Gloria Outlets if those who would like to head there for some luxury shopping. Rooms were newly renovated making it a pleasant stay in this hotel.

Rooms were great for family size up to 4 pax - level 4 consisted of themed rooms and a small play area for kids. Breakfast was mediocre. If you're driving, the parking lots are for calls shorter than 1.9m

這是裝修後首次入住，因為是三人住，有長者家。房間不錯，床舒服的。對於有小朋友的家庭應該會特別滿意。酒店現在已經不提供拖鞋等等，需要樓下購買。最好自備了。有兩點提示建議。 1）用早餐的餐食放置，保温起見是否應該蓋子蓋上？這樣也不會有異物掉入？！相信如果冬天時後，食物都冷掉了。 2）發現餐食樓層是無需要刷卡到達的，酒店所處位置還是注意一下閑雜人等？

All the staffs are very helpful and friendly. They always go the extra miles to my request and enquiry. Room is very spacious.
The location is always fantastic, lots of eatery and very accessible both buses and trains.
Very pleasant stay and will definitely come back again if I visit Zhongli again.
